How much do you exercise? Do you go to the gym three times a week? Walk to work? Walk your dog on the weekend? Do you have a treadmill?

I walk to work and home from public transport and walk everywhere when I need to do things for the office, but we're in the CBD so it's never far. I take my dog for a walk when I can.

I think if I had a treadmill or a step machine or something I woudl exercise more, but I am too lazy to go to the gym.

I play football so I get about 2 hours tariniong a week mainly sprinting and ball work and then a 90 minute game at the end of the week so it keeps you fit. I have also got 2 Irish setters and they need a lot of walking so that keeps me fit.

I ride my bike to class when it's nice out

Sometimes I just ride it around in the afternoon

that's about it.

Errr...ummm....I walk to the bus stop! And I have P.E. (physical education) twice a week. And I sometimes walk the dog. That's about it.
