On a date

What would the characters be like on a date? Would they have smooth lines? What do you think?

I think Draco would take a date to an expensive restaurant and talk about how his father got him the best table. He would throw money around and treat the waiters like dirt.

But impress his date immensly with his incredible charm and wit.

Yes, yes he would. Draco would be smooth. I would most likely have dated his father.

Can you imagine Hermione on a date? She'd have "A Teenage Witch's Guide to Dating" in her purse and she would refer to it often throughout the evening.

"To impress a young wizard, you must tilt your head 47degrees to the left and smile with the corners of your mouth tilted up and 1cm of tooth showing..."

Halfway through the date, Ron would tell her to chuck the stupid book and to lighten up a bit.

I would imagine Fred and George would give Ron bad advice on purpose.

Somehow I couldn't even see Ron on a date. I could picture him being quite nervous about the whole ordeal though....Poor Ron, he's a funny kid

I could imagine him on a date with someone other than Hermione, and being really nervous and awkward and embarrasing. But I think with Hermione they would be awkward, then find something to argue about and be fine!

Yea I can see them on a double date, they do everything together in the books, when do they mention George and not Fred? I can't think of any....But I can't see with who they'd be dating

I can see Fred, George, and Lee ending up with Angelina, Katie, and Alicia. Don't know why, I just do.

Yeah, with Ginny, because she understands him.

I do think that Harry will be able to date again. Ginny is the obvious choice. She had been posessed by Tom Riddle, so she understands better than any of the others the peril he is under.

Fred and George, why do I expect them to marry strippers.

I don;'t think they would. I reckon they'd marry some sensible girl, who'd love they're jokes and pranks, but would be able to put them straight if they got into trouble. But maybe they'd marry someone outrageous just to annoy Molly

For some odd reason I can see Fred and George pulling Sickles out from behind their dates' ears, or if they really wanted to impress them.. maybe galleons.

Do you think dumbledore ever dated? I mean i bet he did.. but its hard to picture him. I can see him with somone as clever as himself though. He would go for somone who could read into his twinkling eyes and discuss complicated topics with him. Does that sound wrong? me thinking of him dating.. i dno the fact that im thinking about an elderly man trying to date disturbs me.

Snape... I don't think he ever dated. Although he could probably have mixed up a nice love potion had he wanted to.
