I only like and love one kind of pie. No treat is better then a slice of warm huckleberry pie.

I have never had that type of pie. My favorite is pecan pie, but only with my recipe. I put in one capful of Southern Comfort. It makes it taste sooo good. I also love apple, cherry, banna cream, coconut cream, and pumpkin pie.

You need to try one sometime. Lots of time I will go out and pick the blueberries myself when they are ripe and then make the pie As fresh as it gets

Do you have a recipe? We don't get many blueberries out here. I do love blueberry muffins and pancakes.

I have had apple pie, pican pie, pumpkin pie and I like all of them. Cold or hot, with or without ice-cream, they are all good.

Are pies only made with fruit or are there any meat pies too?

Blackberry pies are to die for.

I also like pumpkin, apple, blueberry, and mixed berry. I'm not a fan of cherry in any form except as fake flavor in candy. My ma likes to make meat pie sometimes. She likes to make them more than I like to eat them, though. They're okay, but they're not my favorite.

In my opinion, nothing can ruin a the taste of good pie more than eating it cold. I tried it once and it was disgusting. I like them fresh and hot, but I love them reheated in the microwave. There's just something about the way the crust gets soggy that makes them sooooo good.

PIPPIN'S MOM HERE ...

I like Russian apple pie (flavored with cinnamon, butter and brandy), fresh hot (but not microwaved) with vanilla ice cream.

I also love blackberry pie, hot and ice-creamy. Especially good when you pick the berries (and apples, see above) yourself.

On the savoury side, I love meat pies and Cornish pasties. My favorite meat pie is Knaresborough Picnic Pie, made with ham and eggs.

i love ice cold pecan pie. i'm talking straight from the freezer cold. i don't know why but i love it that way.

and i think piping hot blackberry pie is the best of the best.

i used to love cherry pie but i've kind of grown out of it. but i'd still rather have it than none at all.

i love apples and peaches (peaches are my absolute favorite fruit) but i don't think they taste very good in pies for some reason.

hey, pip. read your posts above and your mom's. i'm so jealous if you've had a blackberry pie made from fresh picked blackberry's. i'm drooling on the keyboard just thinking about it.

Along one of our side yards is a mass of self-planted blackberry vines. Come summer we love them, but for the rest of the year they are such a hassle. They have dominated half our prune thicket so that we have to fight them to get to our prunes, plus they covered this weird tree I never even knew was there before because I couldn't see it. Once they started toward our grapes my dad finally took the brushhog and mowed down about 90% of the sinking things. Today we found another self-planted vine in our ferns Yes, blackberry pie from fresh picked blackberries is really good, so if you want some you can have most of our blackberry vines
