Blonde Avril to Play Courtney Love in Movie?

LAVIGNE GOES BLONDE TO PLAY LOVE

Canadian superstar Avril Lavigne recently died her hair blonde because she is desperate to play troubled rocker Courtney Love in an upcoming movie.

The singer is keen to land the much sought-after role in the film, which will trace Love's life from her childhood, through her marriage to late Nirvana star Kurt Cobain, and will include her much-publicized battles with drinking and drugs.

Lavigne says, "Courtney is really nice and a great mom. It would be an honor to play her.

"I've been looking for a feisty role that suits my personality, and I think this is the one."

Former Hole frontwoman Love is keen for Lavigne to portray her.

She says, "Avril rocks and is pretty enough to play me!"

It'd be an interesting movie, never a boring moment in Courtney's life, but I don't know if Avril will be good enought o act as her. It'd be a challenging role for any actress, let alone someone who's never acted before.

She gets a lot of acting scripts through the door, it was only going to be time before she picked one up and decided to go for the role.

I just hope it's a big hit and not a pathetic typical teen movie like the ones Brtiney starred in (sorry Schmiggens!).

If I was her I'd go for a role which is a garenteed hit with someone like Brad Pitt or Tom Cruise starring in it. It would make her look like a heavyweight.
