Red Hot Chilli Peppers Bio - Interesting |

YOU'VE GOTTA BE KIEDDING
ROCK stars really do start young...
Apparently, Red Hot Chili Peppers frontman Anthony Kiedis, 42, lost his virginity at the tender age of 12 - to his father's girlfriend. And with a little help from his dad!
Larry Sloman, ghost-writer of the rocker's autobiography, Scar Tissue, told the New York Post: "One night, when Anthony was 12, he went with his father, Blackie Dammett, to the Rainbow Room and Blackie's girlfriend is there dancing for him.
"Anthony asks, 'Dad, can I have my first sexual experience with your girlfriend?' Blackie says, 'Sure, son!' So they go back to the house and his dad builds a big bed out of four mattresses... and puts the girl in next to him. And that's how he lost his virginity."
It certainly beats asking to borrow the car...

KIEDIS SMUGGLED CASH THROUGH AIRPORT FOR DEALING DAD
When Red Hot Chili Peppers frontman Anthony Kiedis was a boy he once carried $30,000 in drug money for his father through an airport.
In the early 1970s, an 11-year-old Anthony headed out to Kenosha, Wisconsin, with his marijuana-dealing dad, John Kiedis II, and several suitcases filled with the drug.
When it came time to return to Los Angeles, the pair decided it would be safer if Anthony carried the cash on his person, because his father's flashy dress sense attracted attention.
Kiedis writes in his upcoming autobiography, "Scar Tissue": "We had to return to LA with 30 grand in cash. My dad told me I'd be carrying the money, because if they caught someone who looked like him with all that money, he'd be busted for sure.
"That was fine with me. So we rigged a belt stuffed it with the cash, and taped it to my abdomen.
"'If they try to arrest me, you just fade away,' he instructed me. 'Just pretend you're not with me and keep on going.' We made it back to LA."
