| Ree writes, "It's Round 6 of Last Comic Standing 4: The Battle of the Best, where YOUR votes decide who stays, who goes, and which group will win $50,000 next Tuesday night! Spoiler Warning: the winners of last week’s $50,000 prize, the eliminated comics AND the first two comics headin’ into the final four are revealed below.
LCS is back and we’re back -- thank you everso, Pammi, to sit in last week while we were off celebrating our anniversary.
Remember, the house receiving the most votes overall from tonight's votes will receive $50,000. The two comics (one from each season) who win the fewest votes will be eliminated. The Last Comic Standing at the end of the show will win $250,000.
The following is a brief summary of the comedians chosen (by their own teams) to perform tonight, Tuesday, September 28, 2004. Voting by text message, telephone and internet is open for two hours after the end of the program (three votes per line / email address). Internet votes may be cast at www.votenbc.com. Voting will be open for two hours following the end of the program.
The winners of the greatest number of votes overall and $50,000 was....Season Two! (You all said that in unison, riiiiight?)
Two of the three comics who performed last week for each team will be ELIMINATED from the competition. One is SAFE and will go on toward the final competition and the big bucks. Yes, it’s a four-person elimination tonight! Just as a reminder, last week’s performers were:
From Season One: Ralphie May, Dave Mordal, and Dat Phan
From Season Two: John Heffron, Jay London, and Kathleen Madigan
The remaining comics of both houses compete for America's votes. Tonight there is a particular form of comedy being explored: insult comedy, in the form of a traditional comic roast of Jay Mohr. In other words, all of the comics will be performing on the same specified topic.
Special guest roastmaster: Geoffrey Ross! Special assistant guest roastmaster: Triumph the Insult Comic Dog!

The LCS show on Tuesday, October 5, 2004 will award $50,000 to the house receiving the greatest overall number of votes (follow the cheerleader leading y’all in the chant: S-E-A-S-O-N T-W-O), and two more comics will be eliminated.
