Justin's New Movie - He Plays A Drug Dealer |

Justin Timberlake is set to play a drug dealer in his next movie.
The pop heartthrob - renowned for his squeaky-clean image - has landed a role in upcoming movie 'Alpha Dog' as a foul-mouthed marijuana grower, according to America's Us Weekly.
The film is based on the true life story of drug dealer Jesse James Hollywood, who was suspected of kidnapping and killing a 15-year-boy in 2000.
Justin will reportedly play Hollywood's pot-selling friend - and sources claim his bosses are worried the gritty role will affect his pin-up reputation.
An insider is quoted by Britain's Daily Star newspaper as saying: "Everyone is saying they're worried Justin has made the wrong decision.
He is a clean-cut guy and that is the brand he trades on, so there are fears the movie will put that in jeopardy. "But Justin really love the script so has decided to sign the deal to star in it."
Justin won the role after impressing movie bosses with his film debut, 'Edison'.
The singer, who shot the movie earlier this year, plays a young journalist, aided by an older reporter played by Morgan Freeman, who uncovers corruption in a specialised police squad.
Kevin Spacey and LL Cool J also star in the film.

Singer playing member of a drug gang in new movie.
Justin Timberlake's new movie project, which he's set to start shooting next week, is going to find him living a life of crime. The singer has signed on for a supporting role in the drama "Alpha Dog," in which he would play a fictional member of a drug gang led by Jesse James Hollywood, who orchestrated the kidnapping and brutal murder of a 15-year-old in August 2000.
Timberlake is slated to play a character named Franky Ballkowski, according to his spokesperson. The film is not meant to be a biopic of Hollywood and is only loosely based on real-life events, according to the film's rep, so there aren't strict parallels to Hollywood's real-life gang, all of whom are currently serving time for the crime he masterminded.
Hollywood remains at large, with a $50,000 reward offered by the FBI for information leading to his arrest.
In August 2000, the gang leader and his friends kidnapped Nicholas Markowitz from San Fernando Valley and took him to Santa Barbara, California, because the teen's older brother owed Hollywood money for drugs. In a bizarre sequence of events, Hollywood called his lawyer to find out what might happen to him for the kidnapping, and upon learning it could lead to a life sentence, decided to destroy the evidence, ordering his friends to kill the kid. Meanwhile, Markowitz, who considered the kidnapping to be a goof, spent his last days partying with his captors — drinking, smoking pot, meeting girls and swimming in a hotel pool. At times he was bound with duct tape, but mostly he was free to walk around and could have escaped, had he known his life was in danger. He was later hit in the head with a shovel and shot nine times before being buried in a shallow grave near a hiking trail.
"They were just your average 20-year-olds," said gang member William Skidmore's lawyer H. Russell Halpern. "They were upper middle class white kids. This wasn't supposed to happen in suburbia. It shocked people."
Also cast in "Alpha Dog" are Dominique Swain, Vincent Kartheiser, Shawn Hatosy, Vincent Laresca, Shera Danese and David Thornton. Emile Hirsch is slated to play Hollywood, Ben Foster the murder victim's brother, and Sharon Stone the mother of one of the leads.

| Posted by: schmiggens | | JUSTIN Timberlake takes a leaf out of Robert De Niro's book for his first acting role - by covering himself in fake tattoos. De Niro inked up for Cape Fear and Justin's doing it for drug trade movie Alpha Dog.
Justin's sported a Celtic cross for years, but adds for the film a Madonna, stars, Chinese writing and a spider's web.
The movie is the real life story of major drug dealer Jesse James Hollywood, played by Emile Hirsch. Justin plays his best pal. Also starring is Sharon Stone.

Tats the way ... Justin with fake body art
JUSTIN TIMBERLAKE shows off his new toned body – and you can just about see it under all those new tattoos.
But don’t worry, the body art is fake and has been done for new movie Alpha Dog, in which the singer plays a drug gang leader.
Justin showed off his physique during a break in filming in Los Angeles.
But I reckon that washboard stomach is just as much a work of art as the tattoos.
Clearly, all that surfing with girlfriend CAMERON DIAZ has done wonders.
Justin’s keen to break into films and I’m sure he’ll soon muscle in.

The former 'N SYNC singer, 24, plays gang member FRANKIE BALLENBACHER in the film, based on the life of notorious drug dealer JESSE JAMES HOLLYWOOD.
Willis, who plays SONNY TRUELOVE in the NICK CASSAVETES-directed movie, enthuses, "I only had a couple of scenes with him but he did a really great job. I do have a little bit of fame myself but it's really interesting to see how crazy people go over Justin."

| Posted by: schmiggens | | JUSTIN Timberlake's big movie break has to be re-shot - because the fugitive at the centre of the true story has been caught.
In Alpha Dog, the pop star plays teenage drug dealer Jesse James Hollywood, who went on the run five years ago after allegedly murdering a 15-year-old.
Now Hollywood has been found in Brazil, the script must be re-written - leaving Justin and his co-stars Bruce Willis and Sharon Stone to wait.

What bad luck, if they had just not caught the guy for another few months, the movie would be ready to go.
Not only that, but if he had been caught after the movie was released, the drug dealer could have cashed in some-what on fame through the movie.
