Is this what Jews are fighting for? Seems to me like what is now Israel was better off before 1948.

Now lets look at Jewish geneology:

Jews are so proud to be the so called descendants of the ancient Israelites. First of all, the first Jew, Abraham, did not come from Israel and the land was already settled when he came there. Also-they have done studies on Jews today and it is very unclear how many modern day Jews have any significant lineage to Biblical Jews. Throughout the last two thousand years they have been mixing with groups from every nation. Thats why Russian Jews look like Russians, Iranian Jews look like Iranians etc. Palestinians have more of a connection to the orginal Jews than do the Ashkenazi or the Sephardic Jews since the Palestinians have lived on the land CONTINUOUSLY since ancient times and were most likely Judeans who later converted to Islam or Christianity. That is why Palestinian Arabs are genetically closer to Jews than other Arabs according to many studies.

In history as well there have been thousands and thousands of converts to Judaism in the Slavic lands, Europe, and the Middle East. It is possible that most of todays Jews are only the "spiritual decendants" of the ancient Judeans and have no blood conection.

Now back to Abraham: Since the first Jews came from the North ,which is today around the area of Northern Iraq and Armenia, Jews are not a semetic people. Based on a study done on the skull of Jewish people ( the skull is a very acurate way of determining ethinicity, it was found that the ancient Jews were more similar to todays Kurds of Nothern Iraq as well as todays Armenians who have been living in the area of what is today Eastern Turkey for three thousand years, as well as to the before mentioned Palesinians.

So basically Jews have a very unclear connection to the ancient Judeans who were also not originally from Israel!

Now lets look at Jewish crime in the world:

- Jews have started many sin citys in the World including Las vegas

- The proportion of Jews in the US porn Industry is ridiculous. Now thats quite a contribution to our society.

I don't subscribe to everything that Israel is doing, however this stuff you're spewing reeks of anti-semetics probably from some anti-Jew website.

There is a difference of being anti Jew and of being critical of Israeli policies and of the situation there.

I never said America was perfect. Was there any part of my post that compared America to Israel? My point was that Israel is not exactly the Holy Land that some people living in a dream world think it is. These days it is so taboo to think critically and question what goes on in the Jewish world that most people today are brainwashed like I used to be.

No offense to you but it is so typical for people to cry anti semetism when someone points out some of the problems in Jewish society.

And no my post didn't come from one website. Most of what I posted came from a variety of different sources. For example what I wrote about Jewish ancestry comes from different studies, one of them which is called the Kevin Brook study and it is totally neutral to the whole Israel -Palestine garbage.

There are few people with Jewish background like me (my father's side is Jewish) who have oppened their eyes to the realty of what is going on. I have respect to the others on this board who think critically. In addition my grandmother was a survivor on Schindler's list. She suffered worse than many Jews in the US who bought their way out of Europe before ww2 started or were already living here and came from old money. Believe me I have grown up with Jews my whole life and know what is going on. There are many a great Jews who I have met and who I would die for but there are also too many livining in a fantasy about what Judaism is.

What is the point in bringing up how many brothels are in Israel? They are a free society like the US is and that’s a lot more than you can say about most Arab populations who critique every thing Israel does and say little to their own who commit much worse atrocities.

Now I can respect a reasonable position Mr. P, however pointing out how many brothels are in Israel and pointing out “Jewish crime” around the world? In my opinion it reeks of anti-Jew not criticism.

What you’ve posted here about Abraham not coming from Israel, how could he since he was their father? Israel wasn’t even in existence then. Abraham is the father of both Hebrews (Israelis/Jews) and Arabs and they are indeed related in bloodline to Abraham however this is the only point in your post worth replying to. The rest of it is nonsense as it serves little for critique and much for accusation.

Every nation on earth and their land have changed hands over the centuries a dozen times over, that’s just was the way of the ages. Facts are there is a lineage tie to Israelis as well as Arabs in that land period, regardless of who Jews or Arabs mixed their blood with over the centuries.

You want to argue about the Jews and Palestinian crisis ok then let’s do so, that is what this particular forum is about. However pointing out “Jewish crime” or “Jewish prostitution” serves little in my opinion but to denigrate instead of educate. This is why I believed your post is anti-Semitic in nature not because you have some valid points but because it does little in the way of “constructive” criticism.

The character of Israel is relavant here. The part about the brothels is just one example of what Israel has turned into.

Israel's relationship with Turkey is another important issue as well. Turkey has more human rights violations than any other country in the world and the common people in Turkey have anything but love for Jews.

Turkey is responsible for the first Genocide of this century, the Armenian Genocide, where 1.5 million Armenians and also hundreds of thousands of Assyrians and Greeks were killed inside their own homeland.

"Who today remebers the Armenians" is what Adolf Hitler said before he embarked on the killing of European Jewry. Because of this it is so important that we commemorate the Armenian Genocide along with the Holocaust.

Shimon Peres shamefully denied the Armenian Genocide despite the fact that most countries of the World and the New York times officially commemorate it. No country should go that far to appease a military ally like Turkey.

The director of the Genocide Museum and center for Holocaust studies in Jerusalem wrote a letter of sincere disappointment to the Israeli president for denying a historical fact.


If Israel wants to prove something to the world they can start by being righteous. Again I am obviously not talking about all Jews here. Clearly many Jews in the world have good morals.
If Israel can survive where it is now and maintain high ethics then God Bless. If she has to deny Genocide than is it worth it?

What does my home time have to do with anything??? First of all today is my first day using this site and when I registered I paid no attention to which time was written. Clarify what you mean?

In the short while I have been reading debate here I've realised that whenever some one, Jew or non- Jew is critical of Jewish people today (which by the way can be very constructive for us) the zionists right away scream anti semetism. It's the trump card that they always play.

And by the way I travelled to Israel in 1993. The kindest people who I remember were an Arab family in the old city of Jerusalem who I will never forget. They treated my whole family with hospitality and kindness. Many Jews there in general were arrogant to me, my parents, and my grandmother. Anyone who has flown on the Israeli airline El Al knows they are the most arrogant airline in operation.

As for Israel, that land is paid for fair and square. Moslems have land from Morocco to Indonesia. These "Palesinians" as they were termed by the British in the early 1900's, are Arabs...an influx of Arabs. They can live in Jordan, that's Palestinian land. They can live anywhere. In fact the majority of them came from somewhere else.

Jews put down other cultures so much that they even have a specific derogatory term for non Jews. They call them "Goyim". It's a perfectly acceptable term for them. I know this from family experience as well as from many Jewish circles. The one member of my dad's side of the family who I really respected was my grandmother but I did not respect her because she was Jewish. I respect her as a human being.

So its ok for us to bash everyone else for not being Jewish, "G-d's chosen people" which they have so modestly proclaimed themselves to be, but if someone else criticizes them they are brushed aside. Well I guess "flowers" here is a relative term open to much debate. Is a flowering land a land that many Jews in America are too scared to visit? They could have visited any Moslem or Jewish Holy site safely in 1947.

Another fallacy. Just because Palestinians are Moslem by religion it doesn't mean that you can conveniently group them with other distinct ethnic groups. Palestinians are ethnically separate from other Middle Eastern cultures. Americans have admitted to the Genocide of Indians, Germans have admitted to the Holocaust. You still haven't answered my question about why Israel and Turkey are the only two countries in the World who blatantly deny the Armenian Genocide.

You define to me what an anti-semite is first and then I will tell you if I am one or not. First of all I think we need to change the term a little bit since it is becoming well known that most Jews are Caucasian and not "semites". They imigrated from the the Caucuses Mountains to Israel.

We could use the word anti- Jew to be more accurate. According to you an anti semite is anyone who criticizes any problem within the Jewish diaspora or any Israeli Policy. Yes, Israel, then the world is filled with us.

When I post facts here I am doing so for the purpose of intelligent discussion. There they are in plain view. Calling someone a deceiver and ignoring them for posting a fact or statistic is just running away. If you want to have a real exchange of ideas then either refute what has been posted or say why it is irrelevant. I do think people have a right to know about what goes on in Israel.

You will notice that all the info in this fact sheet that I linked to you is all from main news sources in Israel and the United States.

If you read the article you will see how crimes such as forced prostitution of minors in Israel go unpunished. This couldn't happen in a country populated by "God's chosen ones"? Could it? Actually some people here cant seem to see anything that might be wrong with it. as for "arrogance," i went over it before my trip to israel this year. Israel is a completely different culture. They are no-nonsense people who are upfront in anything they do. if u r doing something they dont like, they will let you know. Americans find them rude sometimes, and also arrogant. Israelis in turn, find americans untrue to their feelings, and very timid. IT's a simple differnce of culture, not a widespread arrogance against others.
