This is a pretty nice web page that has what appears to be a relatively comprehensive listing of publicized cloning activities in the international scientifics community over the last few years. Interlaced within each of the entries are comments regarding lawfulness, legal loopholes, moral objections, etc. It appears to be well maintained - good resource for anyone researching the topic!

do you need to use the human genetic sequence in order to clone? or do you just need one cell? do i know what i'm talking about???? PLEASE HELP!

you need a stem cell, and you need host DNA (nucleus of some other cell).
