If you could live in any era, which one would you live in?

I would love to have lived in the olden days when they had the beautiful women's fashion, the corsets, the big full skirts, the pretty hair with ribbons and lacy hats. I just think that era was so romantic and really feminine, clothing wise. But I could only handle living in that era if I was rich. I think being poor in those times would've been really hard.

I would love to live in the stone age. When all you had to worry about was your immediate surroundings. Hunting and gathering which is now called shopping would be our primary concerns.
Childbirth of course would be a big problem for us since we are so spoiled with our high birth rates. But seriously I really do wish for a simpler life..(whenever I see Amish or similar groups I am so envious of their lifestyle.)

[COLOR=red] I would love to live in the 1950s where everything was basically based on having fun. I would of loved to be one of those girls that has a poddle skirt and dances with everyone. Those times would of been really fun and interesting because the world was changing dramatically and the old ways were being abandoned. Rock and roll was forming and teenagers were rebelling against strict ways of life. living as a teenager in those times would of been cool.
