Help, I Can't Figure it Out!

Ok, I'm at the Wind Temple and I have gotten through the whole game with ease until now. Makar is stuck in this cell in the Temple. He tells me I'd have to be as heavy as the Deku Tree to move the rock that blocks the entrance. Nothing I do works, I just can't figure it out! I know it is probably just one of things I should get right away but oh well! I know you can help , Thnx!
