| Posted by: agent mike | | Without attempting to drag this thread into the gutter on its first post, I was wondering if anyone had noticed what may be construed as intentional innuendo in the books, particularly the later ones. The only particular scene that's made me choke on food while reading is The Weighing of the Wands in GOF. In an attempt to clean his wand quickly, Harry rubs it so hard that sparks emit from the tip. Does it not amaze anyone else that JK has all these religious factions breathing down her neck but nobody seems to pick up on this? | | Reply To this Message

But, it could very well be. I guess that I just wouldn't have that cross my mind while reading one of those books, but anything is possible. | | Reply To this Message

It's finally happened, I'm seeing things. Wait a second, that's happened all my life! <Mike re-engages in conversation with Archibald; the giant invisible rabbit>

| Posted by: Lawless | | Well, life is filled with innuendo. Heck, we do that enough on here
If you take a look at a lot of Disney movies, they are FILLED with innuendos.
I have seen so many, and it's really shocking to tell you the truth. | | Reply To this Message
