Pro-war: Question - would you have protested against Vietnam?

A question to those that wanted or always supported the war in Iraq.

2 million dead Vietnamese

No sign of the war coming to an end, would you have joined the protests?

Well it's always easy to make judgements on something at the end looking back. This war with Iraq was a big unknown before it started, and people were making all kinds of doom and gloom predictions about what would happen.

I don't know enough about the leadup to the war to say whether or not I would have supported it before it started, but with the way things went as the war proceeded, I'd say I would have definately ended up opposed to the war as it dragged on.

I did not oppose the war in Nam. I opposed the fact that the politics would not let us win the war.
