I would have to say Usher he can sing and dance

Its between Luther Vandross and R.Kelly

hmmm as far as r&b/hip-hop im gonna have to say either Usher or R.Kelly but i'm sure i will think of some others too

Luther Vandross, probably, since his voice is perfect, but Anthony Hamilton is amazing too, I want to say. He can't be compared to most other singers, which is why he may never be seen as the best, but that cigar and whiskey voice is brilliant. Also worth mentioning are Big Jim from III Frum Tha Soul, Nathan Morris from Boyz II Men, K-Ci Hailey from Jodeci and Johnny Gill.
