No the person that was sposed to win was Fantasia and she did!!! Quit Hating!!!

I'm not hating....I'm just saying that I thought Diana was better and should of WON...but I guess there are some that don't agree with me....

I think Diana should have won too.

Diana was not only a good singer but a good role model and I hope her the best. I hope her CD does well. She is one of the sweetest girls ever....she is so nice and funny....and at her b-day party that she had at Stone Mountain...she sung and we all here in her hometown, knew why she made it to #2 because she was the best....(hey look at Clay, you don't always have to be 1st to be the best)

Ok good that this is settled. Everyone has thier favorites and we all gotta respecet that. Thier is no need to be arguing. Fantasia won and nothin could be changed. Diana was not bad but was not to be in the final 2. However that is my opinion and watever other people have to say i will respect.

I loved Diana's voice...always have...ever since she was singing in Georgia (believe me, I have heard her sing many times before Idol)...and...I don't think that Jasmine should of beat out Latoya but by that...you could then tell that it was going to be Diana and Fantasia in the showdown....

Diana totally should of won. I can't believe they did that to Diana. She's a better singer and a better role model. Diana was the best and you should know it. But if you want to be blind and not see that than be my guest but you aint changing my mind.

Although, I would have loved to see Diana win, it would have been a great thing here, in her hometown and state....I think that if she did win, she would be more pressured and not be able to still be a 17 year-old....she's only a teen at heart (believe me you can tell when you talk to her)..so I think in the end, it was for the best...I may not agree but it is all meant to be!!!!

hey I was watching Ryan today and when they did they first group number...(soul man/crazy in love) and I didn't see Fantasia....maybe I just missed her or something but I didn't her the whole time they were singing that...

I watched the show with Ryan Secreast on air. My friends no how much i love fantasia that she waited until fantasia got up to sing to call me and tell me. So i only saw from fantasia's singing to the end. It was good though. The idols sang good. Also i wanted to find out who were the other two that would have made up the top twelve????

me and my mom watched Ryan to see Diana...and we noticed something. Now I know Diana has said it when she was here in town before but it never took till we saw it on Ryan. Fantasia really has taken a liking to Diana and kinda has taken Diana under her wing and I think that's a good thing....I think maybe Diana needs someone like Fantasia in her life...because Diana has always been around grown-ups and people who acted grown-up and I think her and fantasia really get along....they're really close and I'm happy because I think that is just what Diana needs...a big sister kinda.....

With all due respect to Diana (who I do think is talented), Diana is not in the same league with Fantasia. I think you need to remove any biases you may have toward Fantasia and truly listen to her sing. I am someone who has listened to a variety of genres of music for many years and I have never heard anyone as talented as Fantasia. She has a rare gift that few will ever be able to match. Again, I don't mean to downplay Diana's talent, but you can't be serious to say that there was any competition between the two.

I have listened to Fantasia's single, I have to everytime my brother's soon to be wife comes over, because she was a big Fantasia fan and she loves to threw it in my face.....I don't like her singing. BOTTOM LINE....what I was asking lil'babe was that would she not of thought the same way we did, if her person had lost.....that was my point....
