| Posted by: fuscia | | Sixteen Candles was my favorite movie of the 80's. Long Duck Dong was so funny and who did not want to date Jake.
Indiana Jones movies were huge. I remember lining up to see those movies hours before they began. | | Reply To this Message

| Posted by: Lawless | | Even though the first Star Wars: A New Hope, came out in the end of the 70's, the original trilogy is still considered to be from the 80's. It's my absolute favorite, and I watch all three many times throughout the year. | | Reply To this Message

| Posted by: Lawless | | I wasn't too excited about that one. My brother loved it.
How about Labrynth with David Bowie... that movie is awesome. | | Reply To this Message

| Posted by: HECK! | | Star Wars trilogy, Indiana Jones, Back To The Future all rocked.
Personally, I loved Tom Hanks' early endeavour Bachelor Party. Whenever that movie is on I piss myself. Love it.
As for sappy 80's flicks, how about a young and naked Demi Moore (pre-boobified) and Rob Lowe in About Last Night. Great flick. Perfect date movie.

| Posted by: fuscia | | This was a movie about the 80's -The Wedding Singer. Did anyone else crack up watching the movie with all the band references and such? Like him telling his girl to get out of his Van Halen T-shirt before she jinxed the band and made them break up. | | Reply To this Message
