Well, since Fantasia is your cousin, I'd say you just might be a little prejudiced. I'm not related to ANY of the ones that *I* listed, and in my book, all ten of them have it all over Fantasia.
Fantasia will not even come close to selling the albums and singles that Clay has and will, and it would not surprise me if Diana outsold her by a mile, as well. She has a strong, pleasant voice and a great stage presence. Fantasia does nothing but the same old dip, dip, dip and warble in that unusual voice of hers. I think Simon & Company are going to find out in the long run that they put their money on the wrong horse.

ok ok, lets not start anymore fights. Stop bashing Fantasia. She has a really good voice. It's just really unique so you either really like it or you don't. But if you don't, just say you don't like that style, instead of saying she'll go downhill. Afterall Fantasia has many fans also. One contestant in the top 12 is not better than the others. It just comes down to personal preference.

Yea, I prefer Diana's voice style better too. However, I also really liked Fantasia's version of "Greatest Love of All". It sounded less raspy and gospelly than usual, but at the same time, she still put her own twist to the song. I also liked the beginning of Fantasia's version of "I Believe", but I don't really like the parts in which she goes "yeah, yeah, yeah". So I think usually for the people who like gospel like music will for Fantasia and the ones who like more of a pop voice, then they would go for someone like Diana.

Dear Mrs Bow Wow,
First of all, an expression of my preferences is no more rude or disrespectful than your own expression of your preference. As for calling Fantasia a "horse", you really DO have a problem, don't you? Read it again and think this time! This is simply a "race horse" analogy, and implies that all the contestants are "horses" in the "music selling" horse race, so Fantasia would be no more or less a horse than Diana, Clay, or anyone else.

Yes, they're surely is racism around here. It's certainly not me. I've said a few times on this board that my favorite singer of all time was, and is, Nat King Cole.
I feel sorry for you people that feel so persecuted that you have no respect for people that prefer anything but African American talent. Some white folks are pretty good too. In the first three seasons, Clay Aiken was far and away the most talented singer, by far! Live with it!

I agree with you all the way!!! Personally I feel that AI3 didnt even have to go all the way to the top 2 cuz Fantasia hit off the first time I saw her!!!!
