| MADONNA SETTLES PHOTOGRAPHER'S LAWSUIT
Madonna has settled her lawsuit with late photographer Guy Bourdin's estate out of court -- after she was accused of stealing his images in her "Hollywood" video.
The singer, 45, was sued by Frenchman Bourdin's son Samuel, who described the promo as "plagiarism" of the racy images made famous by her late father.
When he filed the lawsuit, Samuel fumed, "It's one thing to draw inspiration; it's quite another to simply plagiarize the heart and soul of my father's work."
But Madonna has always refused to acknowledge any wrongdoing.
Details of the settlement have been kept confidential, but Bourdin's lawyer John Koegel tells gossip site the Scoop, "Both parties have reached a very, very successful settlement." | |
