In a fight or a duel, who would win? Pick two characters and then say who would win. We will do this as a round type of thing. I will start. Let 3 people at least chime in, then we can go to other character matches.

Harry vs. Draco

Both a duel and a fight Harry would win. I also suspect Draco would squeal like a girl.

Well, I think that Draco would win, because he would cheat.
But, Harry is stronger in magic, and could make him squeal, like Sher said.

Draco would cheat, but Harry would still kick his butt, even if the duel took a long time.

I'm going to be different and say Draco just because he has a cool name

I would say Harry, but Draco is not too weak either. Plus he knows a lot of illegal spells from his Dad I bet.

Okay, now that three or more people have participated, can I suggest a new one?

Lupin vs. Malfoy Sr.

Malfoy Sr. would play dirty, but Lupin kicked some serious Deatheater butt in the Department of Mysteries. Besides, Harry got the better of Lucius. LUPIN!!!!

Yes I also think that Lupin will win.He is a werewolf and that makes him stronger.

I was thinking of a duel between:Bellatrix and Neville.
Think about this.Bellatrix has experience and uses Dark Magic(my favorite).But Neviile will want evenge his parents,and he's not as weak as he was before the DA meetings.


So...who will win?

For now it would be Bellatrix, but give Neville another year with his new wand, and he will take care of her.

For all the pairs, so far, I'm gonna say the winners are Harry, Lupin, and Neville (in a year or two), just because, provided everyone plays fair *laughter heard in the background*, it seems like the rules are that the first one to get a blow in wins. Slytherins seem to have awful form, if you look at the CoS movie. How are you supposed to get in before the other guy with your wand way back behind your head?

Very good point Cetic Dragon. I always wondered what was up with the high wands.

I'd say it's just to make themselves look showy.

and Crookshanks vs. Mrs. Norris.

And crookshanks would win easily. In Harry's opinion he is supposed to be a big cat or a small tiger.

Hagrid would get Filtch in one punch, but oh would I love to see that.

Mrs. Norris is a pretty large cat. I am thinking she has years of anger for being stuck with filtch. I think she would give him a good match, but Crookshanks would ultimately win.
