These guys are walking a thin line that might land them having their cases thrown out of the court if they can't come up with something a little more sensible..

Uhh.. right. That's why -everyone- signs up for DSL - for FILE SHARING. Because everyone knows that the whole Internet is all about free file sharing.

Talk about idiots. I know for a fact that not only is it not quite as bad as they make it out to be, but that in fact the situation is reversed: only a SMALL percentage of Internet users engage in peer-2-peer file sharing networks. The rest don't know the first thing about how all that crap works.. or just, plain don't give a hoot.

So much for their credibility..
