Serial monogamist Jennifer Lopez has reportedly gotten engaged to new love Marc Anthony -- only three months after splitting from ex-fiance Ben Affleck.

Affleck and J.Lo called time on their 18-month relationship in late January, only for the singer and actress to start dating Latin pop star Marc Anthony, an ex-flame, weeks later.

According to the New York Post, the singer/actress has given Affleck back her pink diamond engagement ring and is flashing a new jewel from Anthony.

A friend says, "She is wearing a huge diamond ring on her left hand. It is a diamond band with a huge square clear diamond in the middle and the square diamond is surrounded by more tiny diamonds. It is an engagement ring."

J.Lo's spokesperson says, "I don't know about that ring."

God, this girls gets around.

J.LO CALLS IN TO FIGHT ENGAGEMENT RUMORS

Jennifer Lopez has enlisted the help of her future brother-in-law's colleagues at showbiz news show "Entertainment Tonight" to help crush reports she's engaged again.

J.Lo called "ET"'s offices in Los Angeles, where she's shooting the new movie "Monster-In-Law" with Jane Fonda, to complain about the show's coverage of her rumored romance with singer Marc Anthony.

She told staff that whatever they read, she was not getting married to Anthony.

Lopez's sister Lynda is set to wed "Entertainment Tonight" reporter Chris Booker.

Reports that the two could be getting married surfaced last week when Lopez was spotted wearing a new diamond band on her wedding finger.

J.Lo's engagement to Ben Affleck was called off in January, four months after the couple postponed their wedding ceremony.

Jennifer Lopez's new lover Marc Anthony has put the singer's former fiance Ben Affleck to shame, by buying her a ring even bigger and shinier than her $1.2 million six-carat pink diamond engagement band.

J.Lo has been spotted out in New York showing off a new eight-carat clear diamond on the middle finger of her left hand, a present from her new Latin chart star beau Anthony.

Although pals insist the new band isn't another engagement ring, they claim Anthony was determined to give the twice-married star a bigger ring than Affleck.

A source says, "This (ring) is to tell the other guys, 'Yo step off. She's spoken for.'

"Jen and Marc didn't want any of that colored diamond [bleep]. That doesn't match half her outfits."

So they ARE together, but NOT engaged, she just has the biggest ring in the world to show that she is "taken". Isn't that the same as being engaged?

MARC ANTHONY'S ESTRANGED WIFE SPEAKS OUT

Marc Anthony's estranged wife Dayanara Torres has banned herself from watching TV at home -- to avoid seeing the Latin singer with new girlfriend Jennifer Lopez.

Former Miss Universe Torres, 29, split from Anthony in January for the second time, and was far from thrilled when she started hearing rumors that her old beau had sparked up a romance with J.Lo only weeks later.

But now stunning Torres admits she's remained strong throughout all of the glare.

She tells the TV show "Access Hollywood," "Something that I didn't even know about me is that I'm a very strong person and I'll get through this. I try as much as possible not to watch TV.

"I learned a lot. Never, ever give up your passion -- what you really like -- for anything or for anybody."

Torres -- the mother of Anthony's children Cristian, 3, and Ryan, 9 months -- also reveals she's been asked out on dates -- but she's yet to accept any offers.

ANTHONY'S EX WANTS HIM TO BE HAPPY

Marc Anthony's estranged wife Dayanarra Torres has given her ex the go-ahead to romance Jennifer Lopez, because she wants him to be happy.

After splitting from the singer twice, Torres is heartbroken but insists she wants nothing but the best for her ex.

She says, "I just wish him all the luck and wish him good things. He's the father of my kids. I could never wish him wrong."

And Torres admits that, whatever she thinks about Anthony, he is a great dad.

She adds, "We are both very responsible and that's all we want for our kids, and there's no need to do it any other way. We're very good friends. He's a very good father."

I forgot he had kids.

Considering J-Lo has four people just to get her a glass of water, can you really imagine her with kids? Reading them books? Changing nappies? I certainly can't. She might break a nail.

ANTHONY FILES FOR DIVORCE IN DOMINICAN REPUBLIC

Latin singer Marc Anthony will soon be free to marry girlfriend Jennifer Lopez after filing for divorce from his wife, former Miss Universe Dayanara Torres.

The 34-year-old singer filed for divorce at a civil court in the Dominican Republic capital of Santo Domingo Thursday -- to enable him to be a free agent should he choose to walk Lopez down the aisle.

Judge Martiza Capellan has three days to issue a decision.

The singer married Torres in a civil ceremony in Las Vegas in May 2000.

The couple -- who have two young sons, Cristian and Ryan -- briefly separated in 2002, but renewed their vows in Puerto Rico.

A judge in the Dominican Republic has granted him a divorce from former Miss Universe Dayanara Torres.

But the quickie split has cost Anthony -- the judge ruled he is to pay Dayanara $3,500-a-month in alimony for their four-year marriage, and slapped on an extra $13,000-a-month for child support. The couple have two children.

In the settlement, Torres will also retain the couple's homes in Miami, Fla., and San Juan, Puerto Rico. Anthony will keep homes in San Juan and New York state.

Anthony is now reportedly dating longtime pal Jennifer Lopez.

LONDON (Reuters) - British bookmakers offered odds of 3-1 Monday that singer/actress Jennifer Lopez (news) and her new husband Marc Anthony would divorce by the end of the year.


Lopez, 33, has already been through two marriages that lasted little more than a year. She broke off an A-list celebrity engagement to actor Ben Affleck (news) in January after the couple called off their wedding last September.


Anthony was granted a quickie divorce in the Dominican Republic a week ago from his wife of four years, a former Miss Universe (news - web sites).


Ladbrokes is also offering 10 to one odds that "J-Lo marries more than eight times in her life, beating Elizabeth Taylor (news)," a spokesman said.


Those who never quite accepted that Lopez and Affleck had split for good after one of Hollywood's most tumultuous romances also have a chance to bet.


The bookmakers are offering 14-1 odds that Affleck and Lopez are married by the end of 2004.
