alright well it really sucked when camile got kicked off on wednesday. shes got a great unique voice and when she picked the right song to show it everyone would know that she was the real thing!! dude it sucks that shes off, but hawaii will be supporting her all the way. when she makes her album i know that ill buy and i also know that im not alone on that one. SHOOTS im out

i think she deserved it. I don't want to sound mean, but i just think that out of all the people there, she was one of the worst. it was like 3 weeks ago or something when Simon told her she should pack her bags, and ever since then she hasn't been too great. She is SO beautiful though.

yes...shes a gorgeous girl, probably one of the most beautiful on the show, her song choice is waht ruined it for her. ill miss her because it always sucks when a favorite gets cut. oh well, i know that she has better things coming from her and shell go back to her hip-hop roots

yeah..she is very beautiful...maybe she should be a model..but a singer? NOT... i mean....she has great tone to her voice..but it will take a lot of coaching and lessons to get it prepared to do a whole album...she is just not natural on stage..and she is very afraid....and she cant have hip hop roots..she is hawaiian..not black...so it was more-so a hip hop vibe that she was going for.. maybe she could pull it off with a lot of work...

camile truly does have a future. for someone who had NEVER had singing coaching before, unlinke many of the other finalists, she sounded pretty good. i see a future for her.

what's wrong with a Hawaiian girl doing hip hop? Anyways, at first, I wasn't impressed with her at all. No offense to her fans, but when I first saw her sing in the original auditions, I didn't even think she would make it to Hollywood, but I was way wrong. Not only did she make it to Hollywood, but she made it to the top 32, and then to the finals. When I watch her later performances, I got a little more impressed with her. She was in fact one of the best singers in group two of the top 32. But then I did see that she looks nervous when she sings. I heard that it was becuase Camille was never a performer. She was just a girl who likes to sing. In this case, I think she's pretty good for someone who never really had any professional training before. AI is a good door opener for her. She can work more on her performing skills and conquer her nerves more, and I think she can become pretty successful.

lol...you misread...i didnt say you had to be black to have a hip hop vibe.. a vibe is a feel or a expression....but to have a hip hop root....that is something different...hip hop is a culture...her culture is hawaiian...dude..lol

I just think she wasn't quite ready for the big time yet. She has a really good voice, but I don't think she can handle the pressures of being on stage like that quite yet. Give her a bit more time to work at it, and she'll shine.

i agree, and once she does get her stage precence down, then she'll be able to be an awesome performer...cant wait for her next career move!

there is a rumor that camile was offered a record deal, but because of the contractual obligations with american idol, she hasnt been allowed to comment on it. she'll be moving out to california in a couple months to start recording music. good luck camile!!!

Camille picked a song that was too low for her to sing. She could not hit those low notes. I also believe that her nerves were not under control.

i aslo agree with you fuscia, the song was way too low. And i know Elton Jhon has many other songs(even hundreds). So her boot was primarily her fault.
