Go to councilofelrond.com There is a link there where you can sign a petition supporting Peter Jackson's and Weta Workshop's involvement in making "The Hobbit". The film is currently the subject of a rights war, and as a fan I am worried how that is going to affect us. Will the film get made at all? Will it be made by the geniuses at Weta? Will our Middle Earth visionary, Peter Jackson, be allowed to make it? There is also a list of addresses to studio executives if you would like to write a letter expressing your support.

the link isn't working...i copied and pasted it into the adress bar, but it brought up an error thing "this page cannot be displayed".

well..i signed the petition. heck...i just wanna see Smaug! they could mess up the plot and if Smaug looked as awsome as he should, i'd be happy!

Yea, I'm really anxious to see what Smaug will look like too...I dont think Peter Jackson could do a bad job on something like that though
