How did you find us?

New Member Introductions Forum

Just wondering for the new people; how did you come across the INReview site? Did someone recommend it? Did you do a search for something and find us? Was it a total acciddent? Let us know.

I found INR looking (probably through a Google search) for sites on tATu and found their tATu forum, which at the time was exploding with members, not that you can tell now.

I liked it so much I went through to the other forums too and now you could not get me away if you tried.

I was actually searching around on google to find out about the American Idol show and results ... and i think i got onto another website (cant remember which now... memory blank!) which had a link to this forum... or was it directly from google???? ahh well it was one of them :-)

I typed, "Intellectual Conversation & Debate," into Google.

I was looking for something related to Lord of the Rings, and came across this site..Woo hoo, I'm glad I found it!

I came here looking for the Matrix script. I became a member, thinking that I would hardly ever come here again. How wrong I was.

I am an oldie and a mod now, but I found the site doing a Yahoo search for Harry Potter Book 5 discussions

I'm an "oldie" too.

I googled American Idol +Discussion +Forums
or something like that in Season 2.

I stayed there -- in the AI Forum -- for a really long time before I realized how much INReview really sizzles all over the place.

I hope some newbies post here and tell us how they found INR ... and then take some time to really look around and see how much and what a variety there is !

I was looking on Yahoo for a message board on Harry Potter, Book 5.

Sherry... it's so funny that you and I did the same search for HP, Book 5, and you joined the day after me, and now we're both staff, and close friends. All from HP!

I know isn't that odd that we did the same search, joined a day apart, and live in the same area. Cue the twilight zone music.

I was the same, I only went in to the tATu forum for AGES and then started to look around the site more and decided I liked it. You couldn't get me away now if you tried.

I found this place looking for discussion on freddy vs jason. I think goboman was one of the first peole I talked to so I think your right grant. I stayed in movies and then just branched out. This site is awesome, I love it.

I found INReview when looking for info on tATu...but then I fell in love with the forum and started to post elsewhere. INR is great, and so are the members!
I am beginning to ramble, I will leave now...

Schmiggens, I had an idea...to get the tATu forum more livley again...I have posted a thread called 'A new interactive tATu fanfiction'...Anyone can post as long as it follows from the previous post...I was wondering if you would like to start it with me, you know to give people something to get onto...
I just thought that maybe it would get a few more people posting again??? Do you think it is a good idea, or do you have any other suggestions that would maybe bring more interest to the tATu thread?

So I thought the forum looked cool and checked in.

I found it on Network Solutions website in around 1997 when I was looking for a domain name to host a website idea I had for posting consumer product & service reviews - didn't quite turn out the way I'd originally thought, but I like this much better

i was maken a search 4 hilary duff sites and i found this 1 "i liked it" i said i'm gonna register i registered last month and here i am most of my forum activity is in hilary duff forum i thought i need to get out search 4 somthin else insted of hilary forum i'm 15 i was serprised when i found that the staff members r not n my age they r much older so i said gotta find another 1 then i changed my mind "i must give this site a chance"and then i actully found it great

This place isn't kickin' like it use to be. We have plenty of people on staff.

Actually, I't skcickin more than ever, it's jsut that we have enough staff to tackle everything at the moment. Certainly you've noticed how the site slows down in the middle of the day - that's because our bandwidth provider can't keep up with it - we'll be tripling the throughput with uncapped bandwidth in the next 2-4 weeks, so you'll see just how kickin it can really be in the middle of a weekday when there's nothing to slow it down. Oh and that'll be accompanied with a brand new server that's about 50% faster too

I did a search for Denver Broncos Message board on MSN search engine. Yours was about the 7th listing, and the easiest to access, without having to order something, get spam mail from somplace, or get "confirmed" which was to take about 25 hrs.

Lisa you're in luck - Marc Flemming, the other admin, is a HUGE, die-hard Broncos fan as he is from the Denver area - he makes sure that section receives plenty of TLC.

I've been a Broncos fan for about 15 years now. I never liked Football until I saw John ELway throw a ball. I am now hooked. (Infact, from all my yelling, I am a little hoarse now!)

i came here when i googled "discussion forums" ..though it didnt give me a direct link, i came here thro some other link (cant remember) but i was hooked once i started reading the posts.

I was searching for something dealing with Beyonce and it went to anothere site which led me to inreview and i liked the forums so i joined

I googled for Matrix Revolutions chat forum, and got this place after a few searches and visiting other sites that didn't have what I was looking for.

I got pulled in by a tractor beam from the Starship "Enterprise."

That "Denny Crane" got to me.

I got fed up with people swooning over Orlando Bloom, so I googled something like, 'people who hate Orlando Bloom.' Up popped a link to the 'We Hate Orlando Bloom Club!' and I knew that this was the place for me.

I was looking for information on "The Apprentice" and it lead me here.

This site was mentioned after I became curious about a 'Survivor' post on a Neopet Guild notice board by an InReview member. I mailed her a few times and both Harry Potter and Bracken Cascade Academy of Ancient Sorcery whet my curiosity! and so here I am, carefully and very gingerly wandering around the place. I've wanted to post a few other times but I've held back until I become a little more 'experienced'.

How did I find you? Well, I was just walking along and stumbled on a rock that was in my way. I picked it up and threw it into the pond, then took another rock and skipped it on the water. Then I sat down and contemplated the universe. As it so happens my neice Pippin was just about to pet her cat while I was looking into the water. This story has absolutely nothing to do with how I found your sight. But since I got your attention I thought I would just talk talk talk. To put it bluntly, Pippin twisted my arm and I joined. The end.

I succeeded in recruiting my first person! Meet Aunt Lorna (lornatheloon), everybody. She has never joined a forum before, so I'll probably help her out in finding things until she gets the hang of it or her vacation here ends.
