Okay everyone. Here is something a little different. Let's go into the future...where you and Clay have been married for 3 years. Happy Marriage...Loving relationship, everything you have wanted and more....except for ONE little thing!
Clay walks out of the shower. He has offered to fix you dinner but you decline.
" I'll do it sweetheart. I need to get my mind off things anyway."
Clay comes around behind you and wraps his arms around your middle.
"Don't worry baby! Things will happen. We just have to have faith." He says.
"I know. I Know..but I can't help worrying" You say trying not to cry. "I have another doctor's appointment tomorrow are you going with me?" You ask hoping Clay will say yes. You really don't want to be alone.
"I wish I could. I have that sitcom appearance to tape for tomorrow morning. I didn't know that you had another appointment" He looks so sad. "I'll cancel if that is what you want" He says
"NO of course not. It's just a check up and the lab results is all. Besides I don't want you canceling for just a 1 hour appointment. Ill tell you what happens when I get back" you say a little disappointed but Clay has been doing this job for a long time. and you have learned to go days without seeing him. You don't mind because when he comes back all the time missed is made up...oh boy is it ever made up .
This appointment is going to be more than you made it out to be. This is a fertility test. You and clay have been trying for a baby for the past year and a half and nothing has happened. It wasn't to worrysome at first. You just figured with the stress of Clay's job and all the things going on in your lives, it wasn't the right time. But after one year of trying and nothing happeneing even when you both took a month long vacation together....then it started to weigh on your mind.
---------Later with your best friend and Clay's Kim Locke---------
"Oh Kim. I wish I could be more brave about this" you say.
"Don't worry. I'll go with you tomorrow' She says, "I can help with anything you need. Are you and Clay doing okay?" She asks.
"Well yes. I love his Soooo much...he is the perfect man. it's just" You start but you just can't finish.
"Go ahead Girl...spit it out" Kim smiles
"Clay and I have been so busy with his career and trying for this baby that I have to admit...our romance is fizzeling a little. We have just been so stressed lately"
Listen, Girlfriend! We are going to take care of that after the appointment tomorrow. Don't you worry abuot it." Kim gives you a hug.
You sure are nervous as you head to the doctors office the next morning..deciding to go it alone so if there is bad news you can take some time to figure out how to tell clay!
"Come in" Doctor Monroe says gesturing to a chair.
You sit in the chair and feel faint.
"Oh...all this worrying has made me a nervous wreck. I am sick and tired...and Im so nervouse I feel like im gonna faint" You stammer.
"Well, with good reason, Mrs. Aiken! you are 2 months pregnant." He grins from ear to ear.
Editors Note: I don't know what you all think of this story line. But make some challenges. I think it would be great to see where this one could go......I have faith....you are all so great at this.

"your lying!!"you say sounding so happy!"no" Mrs.Simpson (the doctor) says. you and kim jump up and hug."how can i tell clay?!!?"you say "you can go buy baby stuff that says -i love my daddy-"kim replies. "thats a great idea"you say."thanks Mrs.Simpson!"you say with grattitude.yall leave the hospital to the mall. you guys walk into the mall and pass the food court. to the left is TBS (the baby store). yall walk in.there is a wall full of i love my daddy things along with i love my mommy things. "this is cute,not to girlie not to boyish,and perfect" you say picking up a yellow bib. Kim picks up some socks "theese too!" "man i wish i was pregnate"kim says. "dont worry you will find him" you say to kim.you pay for every thing and leave.as yall arrive at your house
you lay the baby things on yours and clays bed. clay finally arrives and you greet him at the door following with a gentle kiss. " follow me and close your eyes " you say to him as you lead him up the stairs to your bed room. you open the door and say in excitement"okay open your eyes!" as clay opens his eyes he screams out" oh my god, your kidding , omg im a daddy !" as clay sweeps you into his arms he gives you the most wonderful kiss ever. you and clay having the most wonderfullest moment looking into each others eyes . as your eyes are filling with tears of joy clay wipes them away as they run down your cheeks . you say " i found out today that i
am two months pregnant.you cant say no more because of the total happiness you are feeling .
clay runs down stairs to call ruben studdard , as ruben answered his phone clay said " you will not guess what i am now, i am so excited, RUBEN IM GOING TO BE A DADDY!!!!!!!!!!!!!
" oh my god congrats .so how far is she ?"ruben asked
" shes two months pregnant and i cant wait!!!!!!!!!"
" i wanted you to be the first to know bout it , bye " clay says.
" like i said congrats and bye !!!!!!!!" ruben said .
as clay hung up the phone he had such an overwelming feeling and decided to take you out to dinner . clay went up stairs and said to you" get ready, i have a big surprise for us ".
you and clay go to a nice resturaunt and order some food .
clay says to you " i love you , you are the best thing that has happened to me all of my life !!!"

Don't forget. The Doctor is a man (Dr. Monroe) and Kim did not go to the Doctor with you. Not that it matters...just pointing it out I thought it would be more interesting that way. Maybe a conflict involving Kim could be in the works!

.... at dinner, there are a million people staring at you. God you'd think people in LA would get used to seeing celebrities everywhere. the waiter comes up to you, "good evening Mr. and Mrs. Aiken.... can I start you out with some wine? Oh, my mistake, you better not be drinking, Mrs. Aiken." you look up at him with shock in your eyes...."WAHT!? how do you know that?"
The waiter looks nervous. "I heard about it on the news." he says.
"Oh my goodness" says Clay "this is going to be a rough 7 months. everyone is gonna be expecting!" clay laughs. you look at him and he shuts up... you didnt realize it, but it must have been a harsh look. the waiter says, "well, i'll come back to you with the usual appetizers if that's alright..?" clay nods to him... then says, "baby, i didnt realize you'd be mad. the public is going to find out sooner or later, you knew that right?"
you have started to adjust to life in the soptlight, but it has really hit you hard thinking that the whole world knows you're having Clay Aiken's baby. "I wonder how everyone found out, only 3 people knew about it. The doctor, Ruben and Kim." you look up at clay... he seems sad now, like it has just hit him too that his perfect day is being put on display for all his fans. "Well honey, let's just enjoy dinner. We can deal with the real world later, but I love you and we're going to have a baby!!" he smiles really really big... and then you see a flash from a camera... but you ignore it and smile at each other...
.......as you and clay are finishing your meals and after most of
the cameras stop flashing, clay leaves a tip on the table for the waiter and puts the money for the food on the table. "are you ready to go?"clay asks before yall leave the table. " yes please lets go ". you say . as you and clay are about to leave the restaraunt cameras start flashing like crazy and a reporter writes down on a piece of paper -clay's wife who is two months pregnate was seen at restaraunt with clay.-
as you and clay are trying to get away from all of the cameras the limmo is at the curb waiting for you. clay pulls you into the limmo and it drives away to your house. when you arrive at your house you both go upstairs and take a shower. clay looks at you the way he did when you met him. "i love when you look at me like that"you tell clay. "ok"he says staring at you with that same look. "no matter how big or different you will always be the most beautiful woman that has lived on this earth."clay tells you.
...oh no! you just realized that you're gonna gain weight and there will be a million pictures of you covering the tabloids! oh well.... clay will think you look beautiful and that's all that matters. you go downstairs into the living room to cuddle on the couch and watch a movie. clay lights a fire in the fireplace and turns down the lights. clay is just about to sit down with you when the phone rings. "hello?" clay answers..."MOM! i know, i know! i'm SOO sorry, but we didn't mean for everyone to know, we don't know who told the tabloids....... I know! no, we don't know if its a boy or girl........yes, i'm excited too.....no, she's not really sick yet.....i hope it doesnt. ok....love you too mom, ok, i'll say hi to her" he looks at you and mouths hi!....."ok mom, byebye!!" he hangs up the phone. "she was mad that we didnt tell her, she found out at the grocery store. maybe we should call your parents, i don't want them to find out the same way, although now we don't have to tell all our friends, they probably know already!" he laughs.
"Clay, this isn't funny to me... I think you've adjusted to this better than I have, but i'm really really mad that they found out so soon. i would have at least liked to keep it a secret from the whole world until i was gaining weight and couldnt hide it anymore." clay comes to sit beside you and tells you to lay down and rest your head on his lap.
"(your name), I love you... we're going to have a beautiful baby. i'm so happy that we can share this together." he bends down and kisses you on the forehead. "I want you to promise me something, ok? Please don't let the news and the tabloids and everything get to you. I want this to be special. It is special... and I don't want you to be sad.. it's our baby and no one else's, so if you want, you can stay in our house for 7 months! but if you want, when you feel like it, we can do interviews together and i'll be with you... it'll be a family thing that other families don't get. it's your choice, ok? we can do whatever you want, whenever you're ready."
"thank you clay. you're gonna be a grea daddy."
"and you're gonna be a greater mommy.".....
You and Clay sat their with your head on his lap and you say "have I ever told you I love you"? Clay said "yes a million times and you know I love you too". Clay and you decide together that yall will begin doing interviews together and you go on, Good Day Live,Regis and Kelly and even Oprah, and the 7th season of American Idol is starting up and the phone rings one day and it was the shows producer wanting Clay to do an interview and Clay says, "not unless I can bring the woman of my life with me", and the producer agrees and you and Clay go on American Idol and yall get asked so many questions about the pregnancy and everything and while you and him are standing onstage you all of a sudden feel really funny and you lean over to Clay and tell him that you are not feeling good and that you think something is wrong and Clay leans over to Ryan Seacrest and tells him to go to one of his infamous breaks and Ryan says, "this is American Idol and you know the drill". As commercials start you and Clay run off and run out the door to his car and, being such a gentleman he is always opens the door and then he gets in and he says,"do you want to go to the hospital"? Then you say,"Yes, I think something is really wrong",and all of a sudden you have a contraction being only five months pregnant as you are telling Clay to drive really fast. You arrive at the hospital and Clay runs in and gets help as you sit in the car and all of a sudden all of these people rush and surround you and literally pick you up and take you in the hospital and they do an ultrasound and they discover that you were going in to premature labor and they give you a whole bunch of medicene to help stop the contractions and about an hour later it starts to work. Then Dr.Monroe arrives and starts doing your sixth ultrasound since you have been there and he asks you if you want to know the sex of the baby and you say,"yes" and Clay looking up after being asleep perks up really fast and says,"YES". The doctor continues looking and he says, "I am seeing more than one heartbeat", he continues to look closer and he gets two more doctors to confirm it and he comes back and says"yes, you are having twins and they are both boys". Clay's eyes are tearing up and he says, "I have always dreamed of having twins", and you yourself are very elated and the doctor decides to keep you for two nights and Clay stays by your side through everything....
....On your last day at the hospital, you wake up at 11:30 and Clay is still sitting on the chair he was in when you feel asleep. he is right beside your bed, and looks uncomfortable but he's trying not to show it. as soon as you open your eyes he smiles and says, "good morning mommy!!" with his eyes glowing, like he had been waiting for hours to say it. beside your bed is a balloon that says "its a boy!" you look up at him and laugh, even though you feel tired and you have morning sickness. "clay!!!! i havent even had the baby yet!"
Clay corrects you.."babies!" he is glowing... he looks so happy, you bet he would give birth to your 2 sons if he could!!.....
.... later that day you are allowed to leave the hospital. Clay is so protective, he insists you are pushed to the car in a wheelchair, and then he tries to lift u up into the car, but he is struggling. you laugh at him, stand up and get into the car yourself. he drives back you your house and when you get home there are a million messages on your answering machine. one is from Good Morning America, one from The View, one from Regis and Kelly, 2 from Ruben, and 7 from Clay's mom. "CLAY!!! i heard something had happened....call back!" all the messages were just like that, but there was more panic in each one. Clay picks up the phone and calls his mom..."hello mom? HI! guess what! we're having twin boys!!......yes, i know .... yes i could have called you when we found out, sorry...i was too excited, i'll call you next time right away..... NO you won't miss the birth of your grandchildren.....ok, bye.....i love you too." he hangs up. "she's happy. but she said that twins are hard to take care of. so you want to do anything? i'm still kinda tired, i didnt get a lot of sleep last night." he says.
"well, you can go to bed if you'd like, but i'm not very tired." he frowns and says "ok, wake me up if anything happens" and he kisses you, and then bends down and kisses your tummy twice and whispers to the babies. 30 minutes after clay has gone up to your room, kim phones you and says that she absolutely NEEDS you NOW! you walk upstairs to tell clay that you have to leave, but he is fast asleep, so you don't bother to wake him. you leave a note that says "Gone out with Kim, I'll call if I need you. I love you, hope you had a good sleep." You drive up to Kim's house and she comes running from the door, secreaming at the top of her lungs. "Oh my GOD!! you'll never guess what happened!".........
the wedding could be clay story 3 1/2 the lost story...sry...lol...and i could just imagining him saying RUBEN IM GOING TO BE A DADDY!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hey nice jobs on the stories you guys did a lot while i was gone, took me forever to read through it all.....aww its too bad or Clay Story2 didn't work out, it was getting somewhere, ah well. Heeheehee, I luv the part where you and Clay are in the shower together hehehe, oh Im bad haha. Anyways, you guys are getting better and better at these stories, Its gonna be hard to get into the groove of things again....
Anyways, so what happened while I was gone, I heard something bout Clays brother going to boot camp, and someone went to his concert (I give you props for yelling its my birthday too clay when all was silence, lol thats great) but yeah, any other new Clay info I should know...........like is he coming to Canada?!?!!?!?!? *fingers crossed*....I sure hope so!
the birthday thing was me..and he just kinda looked up a little..but didnt really respond..so sad...but everyone around me did...omg I am so jealous of everyone in the fornt row in the center...grr

Clay is nothing but smiles when he feels your stomach and you both sit on the be together and gaze into each others eyes. You finally tell Clay to go back to sleep and he says okay and kisses you and the baby. You are feeling tired so you decide to lay down with Clay and when you lay down Clay puts his arm around you closes his beautiful eyes and says I love you and our soon to be perfect children. About and hour and a half later you wake up and Clay's arm is still around you, you carefully move his arm off you and you get up and go call Kim's cellphone to see what she is up to and when you do she says that she is with James and that she couldn't be happier and then you tell her that you are happy for her and to call you when she gets a chance and she says that she will be sure of it and says love you bye. You hang up the phone and sit there and think about who to call and you decide to call Clay's mom. You pick up the phone and dial her number and say, "hi Faye it's (your name)", she seems really happy to hear from you and yall sit there for a long time and talk about Clay, Raleigh, and the babies. As you are talking to her you tell her how sorry you are that Clay hasn't called her first and that you will get on to him about that and she perfectly understands it. After an hour on the phone with her you finally hang up and go check on Clay. Clay has just sat up from being asleep and you greet him with a hey baby and you give him a kiss. He is nothing but smiles and he says how is my favorite woman and you say FINE! You sit there and all that is running through your mind is how you met him and how much you love him and that you never want to loose him. Clay says that he needs to go get his manicure and pedicure for his photo shoot and asks if you want to come along and you say sure. When you and him finally get ready to go and finally start driving down the road Clay comes up with and idea. "Why don't we do the photo shoot together"? You automatically say YES becuase you would do anything he asks of you....
.....he smiles really really big and says that it could be about the whole Aiken family, and can show your tummy and stuff. you can tell he's really excited... lately he's been turning into a big family man... you even saw him looking at mini vans on the internet one night!!
.....as you drive you to the manicure place, clay calls the studio and says "hey can my wife come with me for the photo shoot, and we can have pictures of the 2 of us...?.......OK thanks!! i'll see you soon, ok bye" he hangs up and tells you it's going to be great, but you still feel a little nervous....
When you guys get to the photo shoot, youre all excited about it, and besides that its the best you've looked in a while, the make'up person did a good job covering up how teird you've looked lately. Clay holds your hand and caresses it with his thumb, and bends down to give you a peck on the cheek before you both sat down waiting for the photographer to arrive. Clay smiles at you and says 'you look beautiful' 'yeah, with thanks to a lot of make-up' you reply. Clay frowns at this and says 'you need to not be so hard on yourself my love, you are already having a hard enough time as it is. ' You run your fingers through his hair and just smile, though hat he said was true, you really didn't feel beautiful lately. And you've been noticing how well fit alot of other women are looking these days, like looking at the young 20 year old you used to be when you met Clay. Will Clay still love me when Im old and ugly? Ill probably gain so much weight after having these babies!.....Will Clay still love me? Will he want to be around me in public? To make matters worse, the photographer, who finally came, was as beautiful as a barbie doll. How you wished you could look like that again. You glance over at Clay. Was it just you, or was he checking her out?!?! All of a sudden you burst out into tears and get up to get out of there, you could take all this emotion and depression anymore, it wasn't like you. But as you get up, a sharp pain run through you. Something wrong was going on in the womb. Clay rushes to your side, and holds you in his arms............
As Clay is holding you he is asking you ig you are ok and you tell him no I think something is really wrong considering now you are almost seven months pregnant Clay decides not to take you to the hospital but to call an ambulance and that he did. The ambulance comes as you are still having really sharp pains in your whole entire body. The EMT is talking to you as he is taking your blood pressure and he is checking the heartbeat of the babies, meanwhile Clay is sitting beside you telling you how much he loves you and no matter what happens he will always be by yourside no matter what happens. That makes you feel about half-way better but you would feel a lot better if you knew what was wrong with the babies. The EMT looks up at you and he thinks that you are dehydrated and you need to go to the hospital, but you really want to take the photo's with him so you ask the EMT if they can do anything and Clay take me to the hospital after and the EMT thinks about it for a minute and he says that he can run fluids in you and watch the baby's heartrate while you take the pictures. After about an hour you are feeling a little better and you decide to go and take pictures and you get up and Clay tells you to wait a minute I am supposed to help the woman I love so much and he helps you up and tells you that if you start feeling bad again to tell him and they will stop. After talking to Clay you and him start the video shoot and he lifts up your shirt some and puts his hand on your stomach and you smile and then yall take a bunch of pictures and the shoot is finally over and you are feeling a little bit tired and you tell the EMT that Clay will take you to the hospital to get checked out and the EMT was a very polite person and gives Clay his number in case anything happens on the way. Clay opens the car door for you and closes the door after you get in and he starts to walk around the car and falls. You jump out to see if Clay is okay and he has a cut on his arm and you help him up and you both get in the car and drive to the hospital and you go up to the receptionist and she asks you for your name and you say (your first name) and Clay Aiken....
...."Ok mr. and mrs aiken, the doctor will be right with you, you can go into this room" she says pointing the way to a room, and you and clay walk in. you sit down on the bed and clay hugs you really really tight as soon as you sit down. "oh (your name), I'm so nervous about everything that's been happening lately." he is crying. "i've been trying to handle the stress but i didnt want to let you notice, i thought it would only make you more worried than you already are."
"Clay, it's ok! you should tell me when you feel worried, and we can work through this together! What are you worried about?"
"I don't know... i just want our sons to be perfect and healthy, and i'm scared they won't be."
"Clay, everything is going to be ok. You work with autistic children all the time, and you know that kids with disabilities are great too. Don't worry."
"Well no, it's not that... i'm just scared something really bad will go wrong... i don't know why, but i'm just imagining the worst. i'm sorry, i love you so much." clay tells you.
..........
....so the doctor comes in and says "mrs aiken, i'll just have a look at you, but i think it might just be another premature labour." he checks you out and says it was... and if you'd liek to go home then you can, or you can stay overnight. you look at clay and decide that being in the hospital overnight would only stress you both out more, so you go home. when you get home, clay asks you to go up to your room and get in bed... and he'll be up in a second. you get in bed and lay down, and clay comes up with cokes and popcorn, and a movie, so you can relax and watch tv in bed. you lay there in clay's arms and feel much more relieved and de-stressed.....clay looks very happy when you look up at him, and he says, "every time you say i live you, i feel the same way i did when you first said it to me. you are everything to me, and our children will be perfect no matter how they are, because you are perfect."
"aww thanks baby i love you"you say
"i love you to"clay says in a loving voice
you get up to go see how much you weigh now. "clay!!! i almost weigh 200 pounds now!!im fat!!"you say
"you will loose it all dont worry. even if you are fat you are my fat mommy!"clay says in a playful voice.
"clay thats not funny!"you say with a chuckle.
"then why did you laugh?!!?"he says.
"he he i dont know"you say wrapping your arms arround him.yall lay back down. "clay you take me shopping for new cloths?"you say
"yes baby tomorrow"he replies
"ok"you say. yall fall asleep in the middle of the movie....

the next morning came fast. you wake up to the smell of eggs. you walk down stairs quietly to see clay in the kitchen cooking eggs wearing his -kiss the cook- aperon.you walk up behind clay and wrap your arms arround him,you can feel him jump a little."honey!! dont you know you should never walk up on a man when he is cooking??!"clay says like he has seen a ghost.
"sorry"you manage to say with a laugh"smells good". "yeah dont you love men who can cook?" clay says
"correction i love A man who can cook" you correct him.
"hungry?"clay says.
"yeah" you say
"k lets eat you cant starve the twins trying to loose weight!"he says with a laugh.
