That link shows where 311 is on the modern rock charts for last week ending yesterday. They're rockin a 3 hour and 11 minute show in New Orleans tonight! I'm so jealous I'm not going ot be there... 311 is the best band in the world!

They played a HUGE SHOW in New Orleans where it's officially prclaimed "3/11 day" by the mayor (in the 90's). Each year they up the bar, and this year apparantly was no exception. Bigger and better. I wish I could have been there...

Maybe next year?

If they play next year I am there. No matter what. Every year they impress me even more. It's shocking to me they aren't as big as the beatles, but at the same time it's releaving.

Hey Zak - 3/11 passed! Did you go?!

They didn't play a show this year because they're busy making a new album, but they did give the fans a special treat by releasing a couple of songs on their websight and doing over 90 minutes of interviews!

What would you do if you went to their concert and they invited you up onto the stage and then asked you to come along in their tour bus? lol I think I know the answer. I bet that would be a dream come true for you.

Any hoot. I like 311... they have a style to them that nobody else really has. I'm more of a Rage Against The Machine guy or some underground techno like Pronobozo. Here is one of their songs...

My main source of music is from http://www.radiofreezion.com/

Click on either Winamp or Windows Player it is live radio. You can go into their Irc channel and chat it up and also request songs. The whole thing is meant so people can listen to music while playing The Matrix Online but its nice to just sit down and listen to tunes. Its probably the best station I've ever heard. Better then anything I've heard around here in my area. Its good because RadioFreeZion doesn't constantly replay phucking GreenDay all day long. I'm just sick of that band and it is way too overplayed. But, yeah. They hardly overplay songs. I don’t think I have heard 311 though.
