Peaceful Protestors -- sure... whatever...

So I just got my new "Nuke Iraq" tee from http://www.boffensive.com and while walking about town/campus today it doesn't seem like the anti-war folks are all that peaceful at all.

On campus the "peaceful protestors" (term used loosely) seemed full of hateful rhetoric that surely wasn't meant to persuade me of their viewpoint... (e.g. screaming A**hole, or Bush is evil, or whatever else they decided to espouse.... ) Seems to me they might be more interested in free speech and peace dictated on their terms rather than the theory of either as a whole....

The fact that protesters in your country are not peaceful does not justify this war.

Wasn't trying to indicate whether or not the war was justified... just attempting to note the hypocracy of those who are so for peace that they verbally assault those with a differing opinion....

Regardless of whether the war is "just" or not.... when one advocates for peace and understanding, you might assume that they would attempt to implement the same virtues in their daily life rather than acting out of spite, anger, and indignation....

Just my observation...

Cheers --

I don't hate the anti-war protesters, and I don't hate the war supporters either...

...I just HATE George W. Bush.

Have you ever met Dubya? Or is he just at which you vent your angst?

I just hate that dirty scum Dubya, because he's ruining my country and the whole world within a 4 year period with his stupid policies and ideas...
