The Prophecy came from Professor Trewalney. She probably does not remember giving it, but she has a secure job at Hogwarts. Will Voldemort try to abduct her in order to learn the truth of the lost prophecy?

Good thought, Sher. Do you think that she remembers it though?
Remember when Harry and her were up in her tower, for his final, and she went into a trance, and gave another prophecy... she didn't remember any of it.

Oh, she has no clue. She blacks out when she has a real prediction. Remember Dumbledore said that the prediction about Voldemorts faithful servant returning brought her total of real ones up to two. She is a fraud who honestly believes that she has the second sight.

So, maybe Voldemort would try to kidnap her and do whatever he could to get that prophecy. I'm sure that's the reason why Dumbledore keeps her on the ground of Hogwarts... for her protection.

Yes, but does she ever leave? I know that she stays in the North Tower most of the time. It would take a spy to get her, or perhaps a rat to sneak in and steal her.

Oh boy... a rat to sneak in! Hmmmmmmmm... good point there, Sher!!!
I don't think that she ever leaves. She is almost ALWAYS up in the north tower.

I hope Dumbledore is on the lookout for rats in the tower. It is a castle, so another rat would not be out of place.

Quite true... I wonder if there is a spell/ward that could, or already is, placed upon the grounds of Hogwarts. If your intentions are ill purpose, to come there to harm someone, then you would not be permitted.

You would hope so because Voldie is going to come after her. He can torture the memory from her.

Yes, he can... and he will do ANYTHING and EVERYTHING to make sure that his goal is met.

Well he is not going to get the memory from Dumbledore, but he may try to break into Harry's mind when he is sleeping to access it. So occlumency is something Harry must master and soon.

I hope he masters it before the next book begins I dunno, the whole "can read my mind, don't look at me Dumbledore" idea wasn't that wonderful... So I just want him to get it under control

Hopefully they just forget about the prophecy... I personally don't think He Who Must Not Be Named will try anything on Trewalney, especially inside hogwarts...

Oooh, but a freaky thought: Voldemort getting inside hogwarts

Yes, but he was on the back of a head. I don't think the next DADA teacher will be anyone with too big hair or a turban.

True... but there are tons of ways for him to accomplish this, if he so wanted to, I'm sure. We will just have to wait and see.

I don't think that the big V will try to get her himself. That is what his minions are for. I believe that Wormtail will try to do this dirty deed, yet, he has the bond with Harry also. The debt. I also think that we will find out that one of the kids is a true seer-Ron perhaps.

You do mean since there is nothing in his head to begin with, that he would make a perfect medium?

his mind is like a crystal ball... you know, like the ones you see made out of glass and hollow inside?

Why yes, yes it is. Plus, his head looks like a ball too.

Right! Now you've got the idea... But with any luck Dumbledore will become a seer... make life easier, the most power and most good wizard knowing the future

How convenient
