My name is Jan , I live in Amsterdam in the Netherlands.
I am now 50 years old. i 'm 1 meter and 85 cm long
So 80 kilogram is the best weight for me.
When i was 20 my weight was 135 kilogram (lbs?)
I bought the book in 1974 and within 6 months i lost
55 kilogram !! 
I could even eat normal bread with cheese on it and was still in ketose.
But there is a problem with this diet and that is you need to
go on and go on with this way of eating and never eat sugar
or sugar related products again.
I married and and had 2 children the have also overweight.
now they are 14 and 15 years old.
Its a way of living wich i did'nt keep up with.Work wife kids.
If you know what i mean.
So i went eating (normal ???) again result = now i'm 50 years
and weigh 110 kilogram  i don't know what lbs is.
sometimes i've tried again and loss another 20 pounds
But never i succeeded in that great loss of 1974 .
Thats what i know about this diet.
If anyone have suggestion for me it will be apreciated !
