Anyone heard of memes? amongst otherthings, a meme can be an idea so engineered that it is passed from person to person, like a virus. A meme can consist of emotive words and phrases designed to have specific effects on the population. With top physcologists and scientists working for the government it does no harm to aware of the way politicians can use words, not just to manipulate people, but to cause people to ferment those ideas and pass them on to others.
