Pop superstar Madonna's flawless facial appearance at the Grammy Awards earlier this month has sparked rumors she's had cosmetic surgery.
The Material Girl surprised onlookers at the Los Angeles bash when she took the stage without a wrinkle in sight.
And many, from outspoken chat show host Sharon Osbourne to cosmetic surgeons, believe the 45-year-old singer has been cosmetically enhanced.
Sharon says, "I went into shock at Madonna's new head. See, she's got that Botox in the forehead. Oh Madonna, I know what you've been doing. There's no line on that bloody head."
Top London surgeon Apostolos Gaitanis says, "I suspect she has been enhanced by cosmetic surgery. Her jawline looks less soft and better defined.
"This may have been done with a mini-lift which involves the tightening of over- relaxed facial muscles and the removal of excess skin."
Madonna's spokeswoman denies the star has received any plastic surgery treatment.

The Material Girl's spokeswoman angrily denied claims the singer has undergone cosmetic surgery after both the media and fellow celebrities such as Sharon Osbourne accused the megastar of having an unnatural glow.
Her rep says, "Madonna hasn't had any plastic surgery. She leads a clean life, watches her diet and is in love with her husband, hence the glow.
"I spent 15 minutes talking to Guy and I swear I looked 10 years younger."
Superstar Madonna has a body odor problem -- according to former supermodel Janice Dickinson.
The New York beauty, 51, who claims to have bedded Jack Nicholson, Warren Beatty, Sir Mick Jagger, Bruce Willis and Sylvester Stallone during the height of her modeling career in the 1980s, alleges the Material Girl smelled horrible in her early days.
Dickinson says, "I had to put up with Madonna's body odor when she used to boogie all night at Danceteria (New York nightclub) in the early '80s.
"Before she got it together and started removing hair from her pits, she had the most vicious odor coming out from where I don't even want to know where. Believe me, it was no 'Holiday' dancing next to Madonna back then."
