| I only have 5-10 lbs. to lose and am basically on this diet in an effort to support my husband who has greater weight loss goals. Here's the deal: I'm on my 9th day and still feel terrible! Headache, nausea, heart palpitations--a generally sick and extremely tired feeling. My mother, who has had a lot of success with Atkins, suggested I forget induction (20 carbs/day) and go up to 60 and work my way down. I ate an orange for breakfast this morning and got immediate relief. Anyone else experiencing this or have any other suggestions? | |
