Clay and Kelly will be the featured guests on Ryan Seacrest's ON AIR Live! program Monday afternoon -- February 16th. Check your local listings for broadcast time. It's on Fox.
In the promo I saw, Ryan said that Clay and Kelly will be performing Live outside on the street. He invited everyone to come down to the free concert.
Not living anywhere close to LA, I didn't catch the name of the location where the concert will take place but you might find it on the Ryan Seacrest ON AIR Live website.
