| Well in a way, coming into it Clay Aiken was the underdog in AI2 because he was NOT the judges favorite. I didn't see all of AI1 but understood that Kelly was sort of an underdog too until either Big Band Night or Natural Woman ?
There were a couple of other underdogs in AI2, neither of whom were ready for AI IMO.
Carmen Rasmussen is just a kid and one who I would like to see get some training, lose the yodel and develop into someone who can earn a few dollars.
Josh Gracin is the other. I think he has a lot of heart, some developable talent and I would love to see him/his family have a financial resource other than military pay. | |
