I'm "thinking" about getting Heidi this huge, hardbound book on the art of Dale Chihuly.
She loves his glass blown work, and I've given her a couple small books...

Other than that, I just don't know WHAT to get. I've bought her so much jewelry, I can't think of another thing to add to that for her.

I have no ideas. Ron will be working nonstop for that period of time. I just don't know what to do.

Yeah, I WAS going to fly to Colorado over that long weekend, and spend time with Caleb, and have a little fun in the snow. But, I'm going to stay home. So, I want to do SOMETHING special for Heidi.

Maybe we could go on a double date?

Um, unless Damon wants to be my date, I will be without a Valentine this year. Ron will not be here.

OH, how about a picnic basket with all her favorite goodies. Take it to La Jolla Coves, or WindandSea beach, eat and watch the sunset.

Hey... there's a GREAT idea. And, I could give her that book, maybe, and some of her favorite foo fooie things from Bath and Body Works. This just might work, Sherry!!!

I used to do that with Ron before we had kids. Maybe if he has the right hours off, the kids and I will drive up and bring him his favorite stuff.

Now that would be sweet to do. You could have them work on making him Valentine's cards... though, if he comes reading through this thread, it won't matter, right?

Well, he DOES "surf" the board... so, anything is possible.

My sons B-day is Feb 15th....and his party on on the 15th....so we wont be doing anything on the 14th.....

I'll make them both a nice dinner...we will play a few games before Ry goes to bed...and then..the adults will play later

As for gifts...I ran out of ideas on Christmas....he gets to be with me that night....thats should be good enough. LOL!! (I hardly doubt that...but thats all I have to offer him). I cant think of anything to get him....Im out of ideas!

Im gonna have chocolate covered strawberries, and some other goodies.....Im out of creative ideas.
