ive got every skill cept duel weapon.....

know how to get it?!

ive spent ages fooling around... but..... iunno... any ideas ?

You'll find it on the level where you find General Carrington's cell. Instead of going into the room where the door locks behind you and you climb on top of the boxes to get into the air-ducts, go into the barracks area thats right next to it first. When you go through the double doors and take out the three SPADS search all of the wall lockers and the document is in one of them toward the rear of the room...then go into the room that you access the air-ducts through.
