I saw that yesterday online. He looks rather like a bald eagle.

Yes, that's true... but, then again... a hippogriff has the head of an eagle and the body of a lion or horse. Can't remember. So, that's why it looks like an eagle.

Well I just was not expecting him to look like my old school mascot Ernie the Eagle. Over the years Ernie's head has been decapitated and disappeared quite a few times

Well, maybe that's where his head ended up? It's possible, right?

At least Ernie would be safe from having the Valhala guys stealing him again.
