Will anyone be making the resolution to lose weight, exercise more, or to just be generally healthier. I would like to hear how you plan on doing it.

I want to do all those things so bad. It is so hard to find the motivation. Once I start exercising I enjoy it and I feel better. Why is it such a struggle to make myself do it? I am always looking for motivation.

I think the best exercise is to do something you love such as a sport then you don't even realize you are exercising and you get the benefits. Unfortunately, a lot of us set at a desk all day but we are still tired when we get home. Most of the time I don't have the will or the time to exercise. I just want to plop in front of the t.v. and eat. Some body help me!

You could get one of those bikes that don't go anywhere... use it in front of the television.

You could also go outside for an hour in the evenings and run around and throw a ball around with the dogs. That's always enjoyable.

I plan to eat more in the New Year. The way I see it, there's a lot of food out there. I'll be damned if it's going to go uneaten. That's just selfish.

There is a work out centre at my job...I have to work out or they'll fire me.
Nah, but it makes it easier...

My suggestion, get a job with a work out centre.

I do want to lose weight, but more than that I am going to eat more fruits and veggies. I know that I can at least get the fruit part down. I figure I will just start small and not go into a new routine overnight. Mostly, I just want to eat healthier and drink more water.

Talk about reviving a dead thread.
I walked around outside a little in my new workout clothes. then at about 10:00 tonight I took the plastic off the two work out tapes I bought a few months ago and watched fast forwarded and watched to see which one I wanted to use. Actually one of them is kinda embarassing. I think it is more for people that are in a little bit of shape. It is the Crunch Dance workout. I think I like the Walk Away the Pounds one better. Maybe next time I can get up off the couch.

Does having a brothel near your job site constitute having a workout centre?

Are you saying there is a brothel at your job site? Or just down the street?

I will just state that it really depends on how acrobatic the "employees" are of said brothel as to whether it constitutes as a workout centre...as well, your heart rate and the sustaining length of your heart rate...

And I only know these things because I have only heard about them...I have no expertise in this whatsoever.

Sandy June.... this might sound funny but, it's something that I did a few years ago. Though with my bad back, I haven't touched it in ages.

Those dance pads, that are attached through your tv, and you follow the four arrows, for a dance workout. It's awesome, trust me. I miss doing that. But, I can't, at this point, until my back heals more.

That sounds cool. I am going to try to look that up. I have not heard of it before.

Well, the brothel workers are working. Depends on what you order.
