In his first interview since his arrest on child molestation charges, Michael Jackson tells Ed Bradley it’s still ok to share his bed with children in a report to be broadcast on CBS News' 60 Minutes, Sunday, Dec. 28 at 7 p.m./ET, 6 p.m./Central.

The pop star says, "Of course. Why not? If you’re going to be a pedophile, if you’re going to be Jack the Ripper, if you’re going to be a murderer, it’s not a good idea. That I am not."

But he vehemently denies the charges against him. An impassioned Jackson says, "Before I would hurt a child, I would slit my wrists," in reaction to a Bradley question about the charges brought against him that he molested a young boy.

Jackson also says that the police search of Neverland Ranch was overdone and so violated his privacy that his home will never be the same.

He tells Bradley, "I won’t live there ever again. It’s a house now. It’s not a home anymore. I’ll only visit."

He also discusses his time in police custody, talking about the injury he says was inflicted on him by the police when they handcuffed him and other details about his arrest.

The interview took place Thursday night, Dec. 25 in a Los Angeles hotel. The pop star has been charged with performing lewd acts with a child under 14.

Well, I saw CBS Ed Bradley's interview of Michael Jackson conducted on Christmas day. What I got out of that interview was that Jacko was kinda upset with the outrageous molestation charges against him where he clarified that he sees kids as good and not knowing about how some other people might see the bad side of any given fact pattern. He never intended his relationships as "sexual" but more like kids having fun behind his Neverland gates. Of course, some people only see the incidents as "molestation." He added his wrist slitting comment to such outrageous notions. That's MJ's way of saying how far out that alleged reality within his frame of mind.
http://www.mjshouse.com/webthumbs_app/servlet/com.acme.weisse.webthumbs.SRV_Thumb?picture=mjshouse.com/pictures/living_with_mj/03.jpg&width=150&height= Therefore, it remains to be seen how the 12 year old boy Gavin interprets Michaels actions towards him behind those private gates. Something tells me Gavin doesn't think Michael molested him either . Well, the mother Janet, that's a different story based on $$$$ a different notion and motivation. $$$$ She's homeless looking to score a lottery.

Wasn't Michael providing the mother with some kind of financial sheltering? I read somewhere that the accusations aroused when he cut it off for some reason. =| If someone knows the information behind this, could you tell me?? Thanks.

http://www.foxnewschannel.com/images/41139/9_14_132_fea_geraldo.jpgI think I saw it a few Sundays ago on Foxnews TV.Geraldo Rivera unfolded some "new foursome details" about the mother of the 12 yr. old boy Gavin along with his sister and brother all knowing "the drill" in corroborating each other when filing a false claim. This family has done it in the past against J.C. Penny when arrested for shop-lifting a few years back. Janet the mom later accused the store security and Tower Records of sexual abuse and assault with the kids each following a script prepared by her, according to the boy's father court papers. The next week, Newsweek published a magazine article on their techniques of using what Geraldo calls the "sexual shakedown ." <---Just click Here

quote:
Geraldo takes you inside the Michael Jackson investigation... did the 'king of pop' take advantage of the children visiting his Neverland ranch, as some are now alleging, or is the singer a victim of greed? Don't miss At Large, Saturdays and Sundays at 10 p.m. ET
The mother has said publicly and threatened: "If you don't give me a house and money, I'm going to get you Michael." She then hires the same lawyer Larry Feldman who successfully obtained $15 million and about $5 million legal fees for the earlier boy Jordy Chandler back in 1993. Whoraldo believes this mother is capable of manipulating the kids to achieve their goals of getting more money. This is confirmed by Russell Halpern, the attorney for the father involved currently in a custody battle for the boy Gavin. Geraldo also has Janet Jackson's ten years ago TV footage (2/3/94) saying brother frequently uses money to get what he wants and believes it's part of the molestation payoff with 8-9 year old boys.

You're welcomed. Michael the Sugar Daddy was paying Janet the Mom's rent payments. She wanted a house fully paid for or else. Michael was a bit more generous when he had more spending moola. Jacko has fallen on tougher times lately, so he said he had to cut off his voluntary payments. She threatens and hires lawyer. He throws her out to the curb and dumps her personal belongings and furniture into a storage bin. She cries to the lawyer. They conceived a plan to send the kids to this favorite child psychologists who also in the past have reported to the cops for the "same type of diagnose - Jacko molests kids." Things run in cycles, right? LOL

It reads like a chapter out of a scripted book.

Pretty much. It's really quite sad because if it's the same s*** from 10 years ago, it's the same old script being acted out all over again. Hopefully, if it is, dumbasses *cough* like Tom Sneddon *cough* will maybe actually notice. Hmm... I'm not completely sure that he's innocent, but I think he's got a good grasp on it.

Oh, lol, my friend here ((nickname is bubbly)) **too lazy to make her own account :P** has something to say::
-hey everyone! 4 those of ye who think he is innocent, you might not wanna know what im about to say. i see where "x_billiejean_x" ((lol)) is coming from with the money stuff with the "victim"s mom, but i kindof think that maybe from when the accusations came up, the mother had something against him so.. maybe he gave her the $$ not only to support her but to make sure she doesnt "spill" on w/e it is she saw/has/knows. im not saying its true its just a possibility...

If the above is true as to Jacko paying "hush money" in exchange for the right to continue molesting own flesh and blood kids, I find it horrible that a parent would accept money and allow own kid sexually violated.

Then Janet the Mom should be brought up on charges too:

The crime - Pimping! LOL

you know what Ken.....if the first story wasnt true, I truly feel that he should have done what what Bill Cosby did, and taken it to court and cleared his name. If the first story never happened, then the parents should have been taken to court for extortion just as the woman and her daughter were in the Cosby case. Why would anyone just pay someone off for something that never happened and that they could never prove because it never happened? ( I stated that like a mess, but you get my point)

And why would he offer to send this woman and her son to another country and set her up for life if he was innocent? I dont get it.

Give me a good reason why you would do that if you were innocent?

Okay, here are a couple, despite lacking any wrongdoing:

1. I've paid stupid parking tickets when the meter was broken...for which I had pumped coins in. I didn't fight city hall.

2. I've paid insurance surcharges where it was a NJ mistake, but the time and effort to challenge them were more hassle then it's worth.

3. I've contractual fines and penalties because corporations gain windfall profits from these exorbitant items.

Therefore, for Jacko, $20 million was a pitance compared to the duration and lawyer costs affecting his other income and investments.

But paying a parking ticket is much different from molestation charges....Ive done the same....paid for tickets from meters that were broken...

Let me give an example of something....some gal told my brother that he was the father of her child...a year or so after the child was born....(this was about 18 years ago) he took a DNA test that they had available at the time which showed he could be the father, so he had an option...pay for the child or get an attorney, and take her to court, and fork up about 1500 dollars for an extensive test...and he forked out the money...and it showed that there was no way possible that he could be the father.....

Guess who got stuck paying for the attorney and the money for the test? Wasnt him.

My point being...if you know you are not guilty of something as serious as molestation....why not fight?

Its the same as Bill Cosby but in his case the so-called daughter was an adult who knew better, and the mother that never even slept with him......

I see your point....but these allegations are so much more than a parking ticket.

Do you honestly feel that Jacko would rather have that hanging over his head, and pay them off just to avoid paying more money out?

Id rather go broke first and have a clear name, than have that hanging around forever.....especially if I knew I didnt do it, and especially since he wasnt going to be charged because it couldnt be proven...or so they say.

Wouldnt you rather clear your name?

I forgot...I wanted to add this...

I really feel in my heart that many people, including many of his fans, got a bad feeling when he chose not to fight rather than pay...I think it made people wonder....and I think it affected his career and his public life....

but that just my opinion....I could be wrong.

Looking back is very easy...... but I happened to think alike with your thinking cap on...... We're all human and make mistake daily too. I think he knows this and has changed many advisors and those around him.... his security people and staff has changed (but you don't like his new selection) his new lawyer isn't black but Geragos (instead of Johnnie Cochran.) And his spokesman recently stepped down. See why the difference lately but the media is jumping over him if he does.......or if he doesn't......???????

Ouch! That hurt! LOL

But youre wrong.....It just so happens that I think he made a good choice. I have nothing against MG....but was it a wise choice? I mean afterall...MG has his hands tied on another pretty big case right now...does he have the time to spend on this and still have the time to give to Scott? Or vice versa?

Im sure he knows he made a bad decision years back...but its common sense to have done it that way, and not listen to what others say (advisors).....MJ is a smart person...he didnt get to where he is because he doesnt know his stuff....was he so easily duped by his own advisors that his own mind couldnt see that just settling that suit was wrong? Just because a person hires people to adivise them...doesnt mean that they have lost all sense of what is right and wrong, and have to have others make those decisions for them....

So, if the average intelligent person gets rich and hires advisors...they become too stupid to think for themselves?

Eegads!

I agree with Michael, I would do the same cause there is no cure for pedophile (bad spelling), and would be a troubled soul.

It seems IF HE IS INNOCENT, there is nothing he can say or do to convience some (and they have a right to their opinion) that he did not do this.

If he is indeed innocent, god help the rest of us if we are ever wrongfully accursed.

If he is indeed guilty, he is sick and needs to be put behind bars for a long time.

Happy New Year. And didn't mean to hurt your feelings. People make mistakes all the time, like me. LOL

Many like to dish it out to Jacko, Scottio, Kobeo and many accuseos without the final verdict and court conviction. A few brave defenders come to the rescue. If the verdict is "guilty," so be it and the BB comes to an end.

Most attorney's have more than one case working at the same time, and the Jacko-Scotteo cases are just two MG cases. Good attorneys know how to work within their workload. Geragos is disadvantaged since they are separated by distance in two different venues. He would like to get them closer together. The two DAs offices would like to keep them apart further but at the same time schedule them closer within the 365 days to divide MG's attention in gaining a small strategic advantage. You think the two State Prosecutors are talking to each other and sharing notes? Geragos has been planning some backup help, if he can't be at two places at the same time. Of course, MJ relies on his attorneys to provide him with effective counsel. You think he should fire MG and get another?

http://www.cooleylaw.edu/innocence/tn_lecture14_JPG.jpg Or add more dreamteam lawyers like Cochran, Scheck, Shapiro, Neufeld, Altman, Douglas, Shapiro and others as backup ready and able?

No I dont think he should fire him at all....I know MG will give both what they need.....

I dont see an issue really....the only issue I see is that SP's trial is this month, and MJ is set to be in court this month also...correct? Well...like anything else, Ill bet something is pushed back....

Im sure MG has the effective co-council he needs to help out...and I realize that attorneys have more than one case going at a time...but two pretty big publicity cases at once? I think it is quite a load for him to take on. But far be it from me to tell him what he can or cannot handle...he hasnt gotten where he is because he cant handle things....

BTW...you didnt hurt my feelings.....

and I know the way I debate sounds as if I think he is guilty...but I dont see it that way...what I do see is that MJ has made so many mistakes...and that he obviously cant learn from them...I mean even after this accusation...he still doesnt get it....(with his interview stating that he still feels its okay)

Whats up with that? A grown intelligent man who cant see when to quit? Im almost speechless by it. (Well...not really! LOL)

Am I the only one that wants to go up to him and say WHAT ARE YOU THINKING!!! STOP IT ALREADY BEFORE YOU GET IN EVEN MORE TROUBLE OR CAUSE MORE PROBLEMS FOR YOURSELF.....STOP!!!

What's up with Jacko NOT knowing when to stop the pajama parties with kids?
From what I can see and follow in the media together with his philanthropy to help kids around the world. He truely doesn't think it's wrong to hold sleep-overs because these kids asked to stay overnight. It's just that he doesn't know when to say "no." But from his latest CBS interview with Ed Bradley, Jacko won't be doing any more sleep-overs at Neverland. He said from now on, he'll only visit there and doesn't consider it "home" anymore after 80 Santa Barbara cops broke down his bedroom, including slashing his love mattress. LOL

The unemployed mom has been arrested jointly with son for shop-lifting allegedly at J.C. Penny. She gave the security office a hard time and created a disturbance with the police for which the two worked out a scheme in return sued and settled to split $137,000 a few years ago according to court papers. She coached the cancer victim Gavin how to lie, according to the dad reports. The evidence will show that the mom is a drug addict and a "crack whore." Ira Wish would call Janet Ventura-Arvizo the mom a BPO and can't be trusted. <---Just Click Here

http://www.crimelynx.com/mjgavin.jpg Meanwhile, (12 year old) Gavin Arvizo's divorced parents used the British tabloids to air their differences, both personal and philosophical. "Michael has pet names for all of my children, and Gavin even calls him (Sugar) Daddy ," said mom Janet , 34, who was once so poor that she temporarily lived in a horse stable with her children. "He is the father they never had." She said Gavin and siblings Star, 11, and Davelin, 16, "are hoping to spend a lot more time with him in the future." Dad David, 37, countered that Janet, a former waitress, "sees prestige for herself from the connection." He said that while Jackson "has been very generous to the kids, [he] should not be sharing a room with them."

Michael was misunderstood, therefore, many think him weird. He wanted girlfriends & own kids, but they wanted him for fame, fortune and personal advancement. Brooke Shield had dated Michael and even accompanied him to his Grammy Award. Here is what he said about his love for kids and Jackson's lost of childhood . <-- Just Click Here
quote:
From Michael Jackson's Grammy Award acceptance speech...Janet: Now I'm very happy to present the Grammy Legend Award for 1993 to my big brother, Michael Jackson. [Michael receives a standing ovation, as he walks on stage. The two hug, as the crowd continues with standing ovation].

Janet: Congratulations Michael Jackson. ....No but, I just wanted to say one thing, Seriously, I just wanted to tell you how proud I am of you and how much you've inspired me, and how proud I am to be your sister. And how much I love you, I do.

Michael begins his speech:

Michael : I love you too, thank you.....I hope this puts to rest, I hope this finally puts to rest another rumor that has been in the press for too many years : me and Janet really are two different people.....

[audience laughs]

....In the past month, I've gone from "where is he?" to "here he is again," but I must confess, it feels good to be thought of as a person, not as a personality. Because I don't read all the things written about me, I wasn't aware that the world thought I was so weird and bizarre. But when you grow up as I did, in front of one hundred million people since the age of five, you're automatically different. The last few weeks, I have been cleansing myself and it's been a rebirth for myself. It's like a cleansing spirit.

[to the screeming crowd]: I love you too .

My childhood was completely taken away from me. There was no Christmas, there were no birthdays, it was not a normal childhood, nor the normal pleasures of childhood - those were exchanged for hard work, struggle, and pain , and eventually material and professional success. But as an awful price, I cannot re-create that part of my life. However, today, when I create my music, I feel like an instrument of nature. I wonder what delight nature must feel when we open our hearts and express our God-given talents. The sound . . . of approval rolls across the universe, and the whole world abounds in magic. Wonder fills our hearts, for what we have glimpsed, for an instant, the playfulness of life.

And that's why I love children and learn so much from being around them. I realise that many of our world's problems today - from the inner city crime, to large scale wars and terrorism, and our overcrowded prisons - are a result of the fact that children have had their childhood stolen from them. The magic, the wonder, the mystery, and the innocence of a child's heart, are the seeds of creativity that will heal the world. I really believe that.

What, what we need to learn, what we need to learn from children isn't childish. Being with them connects us to the deeper wisdom of life which is everpresent, and only asks to be lived. They know the solutions that lie waiting to be recognised within our own hearts. Today, I would like to thank all the children of the world, including the sick and deprived . . . I am so sensitive to your pain . I also want to thank all those who have helped me to channel my talent here on earth.

It's a repeat and thanks for your suggestion. Actually, I rather see the CBS Michael Jackson special that was to be shown this week instead. But no such luck with all the yahoos.....and he isn't even found guilty yet....to deprive the music artist his livelihood and disadvantaged his defense to a fair trial.

These will have to do for now. LOL

Why, you asked? Keep in mind what Marlene's website said - the prosecution is planting ideas in your mind before the trial with anything circumstantial which isn't confronted nor cross-examinable. They're bogus for whatever value intended. Don't let it pollute your capable mind with the bell and secret room - more an illusion. Where is the direct testimony of the accused in making those items relevant to the molestation charges, except speculation? Every $5 Million estate would have protective alarms and security, even private passages in those mansions. We can't compare them with average row houses in construction and amenities - perhaps all standard equipments from the previous owners.

The only point I was making was that she wasnt his girlfriend.....

Dont use what I say and twist it around. You used the word girlfriend....what I did was to prove that you are just as guilty of forming opinions based on something you dont have an actual answer to yourself.... You think just because he said it is truth, and everyone else is wrong. My point was you said girlfriend, and SHE says she wasnt.....why is she a liar and not him? Thats my point.....

Goodness Ken...and you accuse others not having impartial opinions?...Hell, youre just as guilty if not more guilty of not having any impartiality.

My point on impartiality is directed at the law enforcement when conducting and prosecuting their case against any citizen. It's not the same for citizens who are entitled to freedom of speech. You can trash Michael Jackson here and then face the music when other citizens call you at tasks here at the BB. Prosecution is an officer of the court and must speak the truth and nothing but the truth, not speculation, not inuendos, not flimsey rumors. When they leak rumors into the public domain, they are NOT impartial nor conducting "a fair trial." The yahoos here don't have to be fair. Public opinion will fly back and forth.

Okay, you say Brooke Shield ain't MJ's girlfriend; I'd said at one point in time, possibly prior to your 2/18 date. Maybe Brooke is embarassed and publicists suggested she distance herself from Jacko to improve her fame and career. But there are so many times they dated and so many pictures of them being together. Here are some others of them dating:

According to her they didnt date as boyfriend/girlfriend....yet you keep on saying they did....

And you say she was embarrassed.....but thats YOUR opinion...and definitely not what she has ever said...so now you know how she felt?

Cant friends hang out? I hang out with many friends Ken...doesnt mean I date them....I have a guy friends and girl friends...doesnt mean Im dating them when I go out with them to hang out.

Again, youre impartiality is not just directed at law enforcement....its so blatantly obvious.

That's what appears in the court of public opinion. Neither wrote own biography or book yet, in confirming or denying their dating. We can only base it on their public actions which were captured by the media and for which I had posted the many pictures, in telling a thousand words.

If you want to say Brooke is NOT MJ's boyfriend anymore, okay.
If you want to say she dumped him, "who cares...?"
If you want to say MJ's a creep, so what?
If I say they dated, and you disagreed as hanging out....okay.

Do we need to go into their bedroom details, "NO" Do we need to continue the "let's supposed." Neither made any of those statements in the media. Whether they dated or hanging out, the two were together for some time and both willingly wanted the public to know they were a pair for a long time. It's Hollywood...each and every night, there are many TV shows devoted in tracking celebrities...and who's who...what's what... all the tattle tails can make your head spin with their loose moral values. LOL
