There names were Alatar and Pallando and later changed to Morinehtar and Romestamo. Just like Saruman, Gandalf, and Radagast they are Maiar of the Istari family. Their only reference in TLOR was by "the voice of Sauron" which was of course deleted from the film. Their real mention comes from "The Lost Tales". It was said that they went into the East together for an unknown purpose and never returned. Some say they were captured by Sauron. Hope it helps

Wonder why Radagast was never mentioned in the movie?

Radgast only played a small part in the book. He was a character that was easy to delete.

Saruman would agree. "Radgast the fool, Radgast the simple, but he played his part."
