I am sorry to say but there is brainwashing and you are the victim. Look online for all of the crimes committed by Saddam against his people. It is not a conspiracy. Maybe I can help can you follow SIMPLE logic, if so we will get your eyes open.


Saddam was supposed to disarm after 1991, correct (THIS is FACT)

Saddam kicked the inspectors out of the country (THIS is FACT)

Saddam was FORCED to allow them back into the country (THIS is FACT)

The documentation provided by Saddam was missing data (THIS is FACT)

UN Inspectors found modified missiles that were not supposed to exist (THIS is FACT)
UN Inspectors were NOT allowed to speak with scientists alone, families were held by Saddam while they were being spoken too (THIS is FACT)
Stupid countries like Germany and France say (so there is a little bit of arms, it is okay) (THIS is FACT)
Just last night, IRAQ launched a SCUD (NO WAY IS THIS ALLOWED BY THE UN ACCORDS) towards Kuwait (THIS is FACT) Okay so now you think so we should be like you and ignore this, WRONG!


Saddam has time and time again said we have NO weapons of mass destruction, we destroyed them (THIS is FACT)
The UN has NO PROOF of them having been destroyed (THIS is FACT)
Last night Saddam launched a weapon that doesn't exist. (THIS is FACT)

You just need to look at facts, none of what I said is desputed not even by the stupid french and germans. These are FACTS, and if you look at them you will know, what is in your mind is propaganda, given to weak minded fools who are no more than sheep.

I have seen you try and think, so I know you can just look at fact and you can see where your thoughts, and actual facts do not meet in the middle. So you have to assume, you are misled.

Simple as that. There is a HUGE campaign to play tricks with people like you, it is simple to do. The only way to open your eyes is you have to in your mind grasp facts and see if they match your thinking, in this case they do not, and you will know where you should stand.

This isn't about America vs Iraq, this is about people dying at the hands of a madman with the means, the drive, and the ability to wreak havoc worldwide because he is beyond reproach. This cannot be allowed, the Iraqi people need a chance to live as free men and women, to have children that can grow up and be children, not live in fear, pain and hunger while Saddam has billion dollar mansions. This is not right. It never will be, surely you can see beyond propoganda, and let me tell you when you do, the world will welcome you into peace, for you will tell another, there is a time for doing what is RIGHT!

Caps are you sure about the SCUD launch. On the British media they said they wondered if a SCUD had been launched and fell into the sea but there wsa no proof. Are you hearing something different?

this is not mine, I copied it off of a website, and no I am not sure, is anyone else having this runtime problem?

I'd love to see the same in-depth and verbose post comparing other current UN resolutions being ignored/snubbed, the reasons behind those and how they compare to this whole Iraqi fiasco. And while you're at it, how about some veto history of the permanent members of the security council (how many times used, when and over what proposed resolution).

Sorry, but the statistical schooling in me hates to look at just one variable.....maybe there are other more legitimate cases for war going by the same 'fact' sheet as Caps'.

The anti-war prorestors ae not hippies. This is not some 1960's fad. The amazing thing about this protest is that the protestors come from all walks of life, from across the generations, from war veterans to students, conservatives, labour and lib dems (British) and from across the globe. A great many people who have never protested before in their lives (British media reports) have made a stand. America is being watched like never before.

I attended the anti-war march in London and people from EVERY walk of life WERE there. To believe that this is all about pot smoking hippies is so very wrong and if you are relying on that as part of your argument then you need to think again. One part of the anti-war protest was made by a large group of lawyers (hardly immature hippies) who served a notice agianst Tony Blair wraning him that to go to war was illegal. Ordinary people were the vast majority in London that day. Normal, ordinary people.

Certainly not all protesters are dumb kids/hippies - but many are!

OJ simpson paid for a good lawyer and he is free. I'll bet you could find lawyers to argue any side of the case.

I would still argue with your contention that "many are". If London was anything to go by then quite simply many aern't. Most aern't. I don't think London could find a majority of hippies in a crowd of one million people. I don't know the clauses and sub-clauses of the legal document the lawyers filed, not being a lawyer myself. All i know was that a group of lawyers presented it to Tony Blair at Downing Street.

my spelling may be not to good but the meaning of my letter is very strong and to the point, is that all you got to say is my spelling is bad....lmao...good argument....sounds like you dont have nothing else to do like the anti-war pansies but nit pick some elses spelling in stead of comeing up with a reasonable statement. Back your country and your soilders and pray for them and there safe return and a quick end to this but first kill sadam and his leadres/family so we the world never has to deal with his likes again....... :-).....then the world will be alittle safer to live in for your children and the rest of us for time to come.

My point is that the rabid pro-war arguments always seem to be posted by people that don't seem to have much in the way of an education. Of course I hope and pray for the success and safety of the coalition forces. I just regret that they had to go to Iraq in the first place. I firmly believe that the situation could have been resolved with diplomacy. At the very least diplomacy should have been given a fair shake prior to declaring war. Saddam is evil. That's a given. However, in the world we live in the international community does not accept that as an invitation for war. This is why the isolation from the traditional allies. This action could cause repercussions to be felt by the U.S. for many years to come. That is what creates the risk that this war will actually make the world a more dangerous place for my children to grow up in, and that's what scares me. I do respect your opinion, but I can't agree with it.

what do you except the people of the world to do and the people of iraq to do. Keep dieing and us forget them because they are in another country? Wheres the justification for that and i spent ten yrs in service myself. Also I totally agree that Saddam needs to be removed. But definately not by destroying a country. It is like when your head is in pain. You dont chop it off,you just take a painkiller. Furthermore there so many other regions that I havent seen US intervining for years.(Cyprus,Middle East,N.Ireland,Kamsir). Doesnt it seem a bit hypocritical to "liberate" only countries with "OIL"?

How many times do I have to tell you people, WAR is not the answer. Take it from somebody who have been living in a country who fought the terrorist with diplomacy - and I bet you, it works!
