| I have been reading alot about his family (mainly his sister in America) saying he will not get a fair trial in Iraq and they want it moved. I was sitting here trying to think of any country that would help Sadam get a fair trial. Is there anyone out there who has not heard of Sadam and what he has done.
If they do move the trial to a "neutral" country I think that would tick alot of the Middle East countrys off and put them at even more odds against the UN.
Should the UN have the trial against Sadam or Iraq ?
If the UN has the trial it would not matter what country he would be tried in, but I personally think Iraq should hold the trial in there country. Simply because that is where he commited his crimes. | |
