XIII stuck inside the sanctuary

I went into a door that has to be opened with a card. Once I crossed that door, I crossbowed two guards downstairs in front of a monolith with a symbol. When I approach it, the hand action symbol appears but when I try to make an action nothing occurs. Any idea what can I do here? There is a lot of paintings in this place and near there is a room with paint cans and other stuff like that....

in that room look at the rear wall,and there will be 3 very easy to see blocks, (on which the hand sign will appear),and are a different colour than all the others,which will open and reveal the missing piece to place in the other room.....

what to do after you get an flashback i front of a little house besides the "church"? i can press the sign but the floor doesn't open completley? what to do?

i have the same problem i go into that little church and i cant open the floor fully it just pops back into place its starting to bug me big time!!!

go around to the back of the big cross,a hand sign will appear, and push it over,crashing and making a hole in which to jump down into....
