not sure where you are... it was last week when i completed the game so i think you're looking to access carringtons cell... i think there is a cupboard, (round the back of the security office) jump on the boxes to access one of those smashabble grills and follow the duct/shaft ... there are boxes that are smashabble to create stepping platforms don't smash em all ... i definately found his cell by dropping through a grill from a air-con duct and not with a key card... so it is a red herring... sorry if this didn't help

unlike them i do....i think ur in the level where u have to go and fight johhanson.....where u r now i think u have to find a vent go up a ladder then creep down and travel till theres a huge area with lots of electricity traveling around...use ur hook AND LOWER UR SELF...
