Wishing people to go to hell is your way of showing people you don't hate them? if you're really 32 act your age (instead of your shoe size - thank you Prince)

And, so, will those who don't like MJ or who think he's guilty be accepting your apology if he's convicted?

PS. funny ozmale

Not really HIS fault persay, more likely it's attributed to the environment he's been raised in...aka: Showbiz. Having nobody ever tell him "no".

bUT iVE BEEN A FAN SINCE 1983 iM 32. hES INNOCENT AND WHEN IT COMES OUT , ALL mJ HATERS go to hell!!!!!
Whoa, just simmer down now... I seriously doubt that you know MJ personally nor do you know the family of the alleged victim personally. You can't make a statement declaring his innocence unless you know for a FACT that he is indeed innocent. People who are being objective, not passing judgement but certainly cautious over whether or not MJ is guilty...weighing out the facts in the case until making their final determination are not "haters".

The accused mother has already sued for sexual assault!!!! awWW!!! Crazy psychotic *****!!!
That was a previous case involving a shopping center and yes it paints an interesting picture. It will certainly play as a benefit to the defense. But again you don't know the family personally, so rushing to judgement and calling the mother a crazy psychotic b!tch when you don't have all the facts is wrong.

It will be proven MJ is innocent and all mj haters ( Well you can all go to straight hell and burn!!!!!!!!!!!!!)
Again we'll all have to wait and see. But like I said, telling people to burn in hell for doubting his innocence is kinda harsh.

Ummmmmm... you can't accept an apology from us, when we're not saying he IS guilty. No one, including you (you don't know him.. he's not your friend or family) knows the truth. It's not up to us!!

I'm almost wondering if this thread shall become flamers ward material.

Wow... just because people aren't saying that he IS innocent, and that we want the truth to be known, you would wish us to hell? What a lovely person you are!!!!

Yep... this thread definately has potential for the flamers ward. Tread lightly and carefully.

Another thought... even IF MJ is found innocent... I believe that the apologies would go to HIM! Not to someone who comes on, blazing with threats of banning people to hell. Way to spread the love!

If ever a thread screamed Flamers Ward it is this one. Way to promote good conversation. Telling people to go to hell does nothing to encourage debate about the topic, or to help your position on the matter. Just not feeling the love in this thread.

just like OJ and charles manson. OJ didn't do it because i love football. and manson? framed. someone who could quote the bible and the beatles couldn't possibly be a murderer.

it amazes me how someone instinctively knows if a celebrity is innocent or guilty. and can judge them solely on some placating facade.

Pffft... OJ didn't do it because I like the Naked Gun movies

Never seen him play football in my life

I liked "Billie Jean" so he's innocent!

Seriously tho, the media is reporting the case against MJ appears very weak and the mother is pyscho. I am no fan of MJ and at first I thought heh, he's busted! But I also have learned to keep an open mind...and wait for facts.

Despite my dislike for MJ (I used to like him) I don't see a strong case against him but we're not in the jury room either.

OJ? He can't be guilty, he was found innocent by a jury.

LOL Gaboman!
Yeah and I really like Roman Polanski's films, he must not hve raped that little girl so many years ago.

And Robert Blake? Well Barretta was cool back in the 70's, so he must be innocent too.

Wait... does that mean that because Courtney Love is a famous musician, that she really isn't guilty of all those drug charges that she's facing?

Or wait... how about (I believe that it was Halle Berry) who was busted for drunk driving, and hitting a vehicle or something!!! Anyway, I love that woman. She's been great in many movies... so, she's innocent too?

Oh, and then there is Winona Ryder. She's a good actress. I like almost everything that she's in. So, ummmmm... she was really innocent of that shoplifting? It was a set up?

No, Courtney Love did anything and everything they say about her... even the stuff they made up...

Halle Berry didn't do it cause she's pretty, and had the good sense to marry Eric Benet (which didn't really work out, but hey...)

Winona Ryder............... hmm.... no opinion....

Roman Polanski so totally couldn't have done it chelktty

Wynona Ryder is a good actress???

Good one. Anyway I find it so funny how this country has turned our law into guilty until proven innocent. Isn't it the other way around?

Yes, it is the other way around, but honestly, and even though Ive stated this over and over again on this forum.....the guy makes it hard to give him that benefit considering he just doesnt learn his lesson......I mean, I dont know if he is or isnt.

I mean think about it......if YOU were innocent of these charges (and the ones previously), would you pay people to be quiet? Would you offer people the option of moving to another country? What is the purpose of offering these people things? Is it to offer their silence of his innocence?

If I were innocent, truly innocent, I would NEVER pay anyone off.....in fact, since the burdon of proof falls on the ones accusing, then Id make them prove it, not pay them off.

Sounds logical to me.....but speaking of logic, if MJ had any, he would have stopped having pajama parties after the first incident.

in the U.S. you're innocent until proven guilty in a court of law, not the court of public opinion.

I think it's easy to say not to pay anyone off when you know you're innocent and just let court do its thing, but when you have a celebrity, being accused and going to trial is bad enough because all your business will be aired out and dragged through the mud. That's why anyone who is usually rich just settles, not because they are trying ot avoid trial because they're guilty. But despite the fact that they may be innocent, it doesn't matter because the media won't treat them that way.

I've always considered it wrong when people call Michael Jackson stupid for putting himself in the same situation again without ever once considering the life he had. Forget the amount of money he has and realize that unlike most of you, he never had the chance to grow up as he was constantly performing. Ask yourself, would you truly be happy as a kid performing in front of people constantly and never really getting to play outside because you have to rehearse?

On top of that the people that should have beenhelping him out, just kept coaxing his behavior along. I think Michal Jackson needs some therapy, not because he's crazy, but he needs someone that will help guide him objectively, not someone that will fawn him or someone that will chastise him.

I think Mike just wants to be left alone. He's like my father in that fact. For example when we were kids my brothers and I would be fighting. My dad would say just give him what he wants so he will stop crying please. I need peace. Keep in my mind my father at that time was very ill. So I would. This is the same type of thing here. Mike just wants to be left in peace as many artists and people in the public eye do. Another example I was accuesed a while back of something I didn't do. But instead of fighting it in court I just pled guilty and took my lumps. Why did I do this??? Because of the process of the court. It's not like they just get stuff done in no time at all. It takes them forever to do so. I didn't have time to do this. I wanted to be able to go to work and do other things. I didn't have time to deal with lawyers and such. I think Mike is the same way. He would rather be doing other things in his life. So he figures I got the money. If that's all they want they can have it. Screw it.

Like the opening thread say....What's OJ got to do with Jacko, except:

1. It's the same State of Fruits and Nut, for which Simpson moved out to Fld.
2. It's the same State Prosecution vs. an alleged accused of a crime, this time molestation towards Michael Jackson.
3. It's the same State that's wrecked Condom Condit career (non-convicted murderer but philanderor ,) just the same for Simpson and now towards Jacko.
4. It's the same State that's accusing Scott Peterson (another philanderor) for allegedly murdering Laci Peterson.
5. It's the same State that pursued the McMartin's and wrecked their business and child care career unable to prove twice over for the same molestation charges.

You get the idea and it stands to reason why California was declared the number one State losing a net of more than 70,000 moved out than moving in from migration. Next the businesses and employments will be moving out of State also. Not a citizen friendly State.

Hi teens! Just because MJ is a super freakin' weirdo it is not for us to prejudge him. He is a product of not being able to lead a normal life and he never will be what we want normal to be. May justice be served at his trial whatever the outcome. Let's all remember one thing, OJ is one guilty <removed>.

Hi teen-wanna-bes! The law provides for weirdos to be hospitalized, not jailed if he committed some dastardly insane deeds. But Sneddon is treating MJ as a normally saned case. Even he and the cops acted somewhat insane in pursuing this case, unlike others. So how can you have a normal outcome? Besides, it will reproduce the same result as OJ. For those who can't accept the verdict of NG, they'll blame it on the DA for incompetency. Some towards trial, others towards filing.
