1) Iraq are in breach of 25 UN resolutions
- Israel are in breach of roughly 70 UN resolutions (i say rougly because as you read this they are probably breaking another)
2) Iraq stockpile masses of weapons, chemical and biological (none, by the way, have been found)
- Israel has know nuclear weapons, and although they deny it, people now accept it as a fact due to the overwhelming proof.
3) Iraq constantly torture their citizens
- Israel are known for constantly treating Palestinians as second-class citizens, abusing their human rights. 80% of Palestinians live in refugee camps. And the Palestinians that fight back are called "terrorists." Furthermore, Israel are known to torture Palestians as well.

Israel, unlike Iraq, did not sign the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty.

Comparing Saddam's discusting treatment of kurds to anything Israel has ever done is Ridiculous.
