Plans for Thanksgiving

What are your plans for Thanksgiving? Home to family? Family coming to you? Spending it working? With friends???

This is the first year that my mom hasn't had Thanksgiving at her place in YEARS!!! We're going to my aunts and having a few family members, and some of my aunts friends over. It will be nice... but different.

My grandparents lost thier house to a fire last spring that we have all celebrated at since I was a baby and this year we're all getting together at thier brand new house for the festivities. It's going to be SO weird. After thanksgiving over there me and my man and our boys will be heading home for a dinner with his side of the family. I love Thanksgiving when I'm pregnant! I get to GRUB!

Going to my mothers house....its a tradition.....always at my mom's house. Watch the football games, eat, play games....eat some more, stop, eat again....


.....only to find myself on the treadmill for hours the next day....but its worth it in the long run!

Oh yeah... I LOVE watching the game on Thanksgiving!!!
This year... Green Bay @ Detroit. Well, I think that we know who will win that one, don't we, mystic? And won't we have a happy little Larke?!

I love having a really good turkey, with crispy skin!! OH MAN... just a little piece of crispy skin!!! Ummmmmmmmmm, I'm hungry now!

We are going to my father-in-laws this year. We usually go to my mom's. I will miss my nephew, but it will be great for the kids to spend time with their Pimpa. I am also bringing my specialty pecan pie. yummy!

Oh man... I want a homemade pecan pie... soooooooooooooo bad

Kris, the trick is to put one capful of Southern Comfort in the mix. It gives it a really nice flavor.
