After seeing the Michael Jackson acussation, warrant, etc. I'm convinced this was a planned public search and arrest. His new greatest hits album comes out and exactly on that day, he has his ranch searched.

Another thing is that the only reason the police are going after him are from the testimony of a psychologist, not the actual child. The parents took the kid to the psychologist because kids at school made fun of him for hanging out with Michael Jackson. I guarentee this impressionable child was probably guided in someway by the psychologist.

And since when did the police get warrants on the basis of a psychologists testimony without first going to the child or family?

The therapist reported it to police who then interviewed the boy and his family. I don't have a link to the news site right now, but I can post it later where that part is spelled out.
MJ also claimed that this was done right as he's about to release a greatest hits album. But you also have to consider that with the therapist reporting it instead of the parents, that this is clearly not motivated by money.
If this is a setup though, I ask you who would want to set up Michael Jackson? Isn't he headed for self destruction anyway?
Also I doubt the kid after already being teased in school for hanging out with MJ, would want to come out and confirm the rumor mill of his classmates by admitting that he was indeed molested.

In cases with celebrities, there's always plenty of exploitation and money to be had. You look and say to yourself, "Given these circumstances it looks to have no sort of motivation," but then further investigation reveals something very twisted.

If not for money, the psychologist may get a boost in his/her own celebrity status. Michael Jackson could just be a stepping stone. Regardless, innocent until proven guilty. I myself am not a fan of childhood testimony, you can too easily get them to say or do what you want. If there are tapes of the psychlogist's sessions, I want to know how long the sessions truly are. If the tapes are edited, then I suspect coaching.
