EMINEM'S wife Kim Mathers has disappeared. The mother of his seven-year-old daughter Hailie has not been seen or heard from for more than a week and her lawyer is worried. So are Michigan judges, who have issued warrants for her arrest after she failed to appear in two different courts on drugs charges. ``Everyone is concerned, '' said Mathers' lawyer Michael Smith.

``Nobody knows where she is.'' Eminem has been granted temporary custody of Hailie after Kim failed to appear in Michigan, on Thursday.

KIM MATHERS ESCAPES PRISON SENTENCE

Eminem's ex-wife Kimberly Mathers was given two years probation but no custodial sentence after pleading guilty to cocaine possession Wednesday.

Kim, who is the mother of the rap superstar's daughter Hailie, was also ordered to pay court costs and undergo regular drug tests by a Detroit, Mich., judge.

According to Macomb County Court reporters, Kim -- who divorced Eminem in 2001 -- was told that she must remain drug and alcohol free in order to pass the stringent checks.

Prosecutor David Portuesi says, "They are very strict and can come at any time."

Kim, 28, was arrested in June last year after police discovered cocaine in her car.

EMINEM'S EX-WIFE CHECKS INTO REHAB

Eminem's ex-wife Kim Mathers is now in a rehabilitation clinic for 90 days after being released from jail -- and it's costing the rapper $50,000.

Kim is at the Sacred Heart Rehabilitation Center in Memphis, Tenn., after serving a 30-day sentence on drug charges.

A prison spokeswoman says, "Kim was having problems in jail, but she did serve her entire 30 days."

Eminem's uncle Todd Nelson notes, "She's relieved to be out of prison and out of that jumpsuit. Now she can wear her own clothes, have a private room and get better food.

Sources tell Star magazine that Kim is getting "country club privileges" such as nature hikes along some of the center's 126 wooded acres and weekend passes.

A source says, "There's even a family day coming up, at which Eminem and their daughter Hailie are expected.

"It's costing Em $560 for each of the 90 days Kim is there," bringing the grand total to $50,000.

The source tells the publication that once Kim gets out of rehab, she plans to live with the rap superstar and their 8-year-old daughter.

People have to learn to mind their own business because it is eminems problem not urs. If he wants u to talk about his personal life and let the whole world know about it he would say things himself.

ARREST WARRANT ISSUED FOR EMINEM'S EX-WIFE

An arrest warrant has been issued for Eminem's ex-wife Kimberley Mathers after she failed to return to a treatment facility at Macomb County, Mich., Tuesday.

Mathers was released from Macomb County Jail on March 1, after a 30-day stint, and ordered to attend the Dawn Farm rehabilitation clinic for 90 days, following her conviction for using cocaine while on probation.

Authorities tried to locate the 28-year-old by contacting her close friends and family but have been unable to find her, says Russ Marlan, a spokesperson for Michigan's Department of Correction.

Mathers and the hitmaker, parents to 7-year-old Hailie, divorced in 2001 after a stormy marriage.

I agree that Hailie is better off with Eminem than any other person in "his" family because the rest of them are (in my opinion) "disturbed" people who need some serious "professional help" I think Eminem is a good father and i'm glad he has Hailie.

Eminem's ex-wife to begin rehab in Minnesota

LANSING, Mich. (AP) — The ex-wife of rapper Eminem on Wednesday was to begin treatment for drug abuse at a facility in Minnesota, a spokesman for the Michigan corrections department said.

Earlier this week, Macomb County Circuit Judge Edward Servitto released Kim Mathers from jail early so she could go to the Hazelden drug treatment center in Center City, Minn., corrections spokesman Russ Marlan said.

Mathers had been sentenced to 120 days in jail and was not scheduled to leave until December, Marlan said.

She is scheduled to be in drug treatment for 30 days. If she successfully completes it, Marlan said Mathers will continue her two-year probation, which is set to end in January 2006.

It's not the first time Mathers has tried treatment. She twice has dropped out of a court-ordered drug treatment program and served some jail time earlier this year after dropping out.

She was placed on probation after pleading guilty to charges of possessing 25 grams or less of cocaine and failing to give adequate space to an emergency vehicle. The charges stemmed from a 2003 traffic stop in St. Clair Shores.

Mathers and Eminem, whose legal name is Marshall Bruce Mathers III, have a daughter, Hailie Jade Mathers.
