"The more successful we are on the ground, the more these killers will react," Bush said Monday after the quadruple attacks in Baghdad on Monday, killing nearly 40 people and injuring more than 200.

The quadruple attacks came hours after clashes around Baghdad killed three U.S. soldiers overnight, and a day after insurgents hit a hotel full of U.S. occupation officials with rockets, killing a U.S. lieutenant colonel and wounding 18 other people.


What a smart, logical statement !!!

How about a little analogy here to help you understand:

The closer the US got to throwing Saddam out of power and the more the left realized it was inevitable, the more organized, vocal and radical the anti-war gang were.

And just like the anti-war crew failed, so will the terrorists.

Do you honestly believe that you can stop terror?
Do you honestly believe that you can stop guerilla warfare?
Do you honestly believe that you can stop resistance?

How come after all these years Israel can still not stop the terror?

Face it.
Most of the attacks that are claimed to be "terrorist" are resistance attacks.

I couldn't care less about Saddam and his Ba'th Party, but, not only your "analogy" makes no sense, but also you dismiss the fact that the "coalition" forces are invaders, therefor there will always be resistance.
